Supposed to be kitchen equipment but not a complet

Not a good experience

Several mistakes done during stay. Wrongful charges for "late check-in". Threat to cancel my reservation due to questioning of late check in fee (I checked in same day at 9pm instead of 3pm). Manager tried to overcome mistake and was concerned and apologetic. However the staff continued to make mistakes and cause issues with stay. Terrible experience.

Housekeeping needs tp be improved

Pros: Great location and the staff was very friendly.
Cons: Housekeeping.
Location: Park Meadows Mall is blocks away the Castle Rock Outlets are just down the road and there is great food of every choice nearby.
The first drawer we opened had used Kleenex and the second drawer was full of crumbs and the base of the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. All the counter surfaces had crumbs.

Decent hotel next to Park Meadows

Hotel is next to Park Meadows mall. The room was decent with a nice kitchen area.

Homework Get away

Ginger was the best front desk associate I've ever dealt with. She was very friendly, energetic, kind, loving, knowledgeable with a great sense of humor.

The location of the hotel was good for our purposes. The room, although it had a kitchenette, had nothing in it to cook or eat with, rendering it useless ( not even a glass to drink out of). The bed was comfortable, but the room had only one comfortable chair, so for a couple, one of us had to either sit on the bed or in an office type chair. It didn't offer any of the amenities you might find in a hotel room, other than towels, and it didn't really fit the bill for an extended stay room.
