Frustrating and I am an easy person to please

Our first night in a 3 night stay was frustrating, because they had given us a code for the wi-fi and we had called down to the desk to have them reiterate the code, as to how they had put it into the system. The woman at the front desk insisted that she had put it in all in lower case. It took literally hours of time calling down several times to the front desk and then being sent to a phone number that at first put us on hold and then we called back after 22 minutes and it just rang. The next morning on my way into my meeting, I spoke to the front desk and they said that the lady from the night before had put our name in the code all in caps, when she had insisted for us to use all lower case. Our name is hyphenated and she led us to believe that that was the issue. Anyway, we were unable to get any work done as well as order our food etc...

Not what we expected...

When we arrived they said they didn't have our room which we reserved but they could put us in 2 rooms. I explained that I have an 11 year old and an 86 year old so 2 rooms wasn't going to work. She said she would find another area for us to stay but I quickly rejected that idea as we picked thay one for a reason. So she decided to check up stairs to see if there was a room. Apparently there was. The stove top didn't work properly. It never got hot enough. Maybe it's for safety purposes. The web site said there were all the utensils in the kitchen. There were none. I guess you have to request for it. We brought a few things of our own anyways. The breakfast or a grab and go on a tiny bench near the front door. I'd rather pay more to stay somewhere else.

Affordable hotel in a perfect area

Great and secure area surrounded by all kind of restaurants and a huge mall with all kind of stores. Rooms are spacious. And prices are affordable. Carpets in halls needed to be vaccum. Some of the towels and pillow cases looked old and tarnished.

Good value

Nice place,nice staff,nice location. We felt safe and comfortable. I would suggest that staff/security walk the property more often. I witnessed guest smoking just out side of the side door, under the no smoking sign!

Good place to stay

Ginger was an awesome front host my room was fantastic at check in when i left after staying a night the room was not cleaned or beds made. There was someone staying above me who was making tons of noise past ten pm sounded like wrestling did not stop until after 1 am i am a mom so i did not complain. Over sll i loved it here it is a good place to stay i would book it again

Front desk was friendly. Internet and phone didn't work, and the heater was a little touchy. Room was comfortable.

Good for the price but check your charges

It was a nice inexpensive hotel. The breakfast was not anything I would eat. Also, without knowing I was upgraded to a nicer room and also without being made aware I was also charged extra for that upgrade. If I didn't notice the random extra charge I wouldn't have known to call. They did remove the charge, or at least said they would.
