We have always had good experiences with Hampton Inns. This hotel is conveniently located, clean, well-lit, and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and helpful. There was variety in the breakfast items offered. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bedspreads were a bit heavy, but it's probably better to have the option of not using them than being cold during the night. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience in this hotel.

Very nice place. They were helpful in arranging a limo to get me to the track and back. Good breakfast also.

False information--broken promise

The stay was pleasant. When I booked this particular stay, I was quoted $102.00 per night, but when I went to pay the bill, it was much more. That was quite upsetting to me as I am on a strict budget. I booked it through Hotels.com, but spoke to a person at Hilton Inn who told me my rate was as above. So I feel someone lied to me to get my business. That is very disappointing.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, quiet, clean.

Our TV didn't work so we left early. The second day they offered another room but we called both days and the issue was not resolved. They didn't have a maintenance person on Sunday. Overall, the stay was fine but I was disappointed about the TV. The hotel did not offer to compensate us the broken TV. My daughter also stayed and their room was good. However, the hot tub was broken.

The hotel is beautiful,great hospitality ..wished the rooms a/c was a little better as it would get really hot and then cold ..then breakfast could have been a little warmer but overall good choice of menu ..I would stay again as the area is beautiful and easily accessibility to highways and location

Nice hotel.

Pros: This was a clean and comfortable hotel. Housekeeping did a good job getting our room clean in a timely manner.
Cons: More attention should be paid to keeping the tables clean while people are using them during the complimentary breakfast hours.
Location: We were not able to do any sight seeing but it appeared that there were parks and shopping nearby. Great restaurant next door.
The staff was very nice and we were able to check into our room quickly which we appreciated after a long day of traveling.

Nice Hotel

Was a nice experience,. Got upgraded to a suite, a nice Continental breakfast, a great new Orleans style restaurant next door, only downfall was the tub wouldn't drain when you took a shower
