Staff was very friendly and accommodating which is what I look for in a hotel. We were First booked at the Holiday Inn Express and nevered checked in due to the terrible service at the front desk and very rude. Walked into the Hampton and was greeted with smiles and beyond helpful!! Would highly recommend

Housekeeping needs to step it up

Very clean and conveniently located property. Housekeeping didn't attempt to service our room the entire stay. We did not hang the 'Do not Disturb' sign on the door and were out of our room by 10:00-10:30am each day during the stay. The second day we had to contact guest services 4 times (2 by phone & 2 in person at front desk) to request extra towels.
