Guest services were wonderful!!!!! Such nice people. Breakfast was good. The bathroom could use some updating, but the shower had great water pressure!!!! Didn't really like a separate entrance, but I assume you have rooms for handicap.?

We very much enjoyed our stay here. There were a few things that were broken like the washer and dryer in our building. But it was very clean and enjoyable stay.

The staff were friendly and encouraged us to partake in the complementary breakfast, hot cocoa, and happy hour. When they heard were in town to visit a sick relative, they upgraded our room for no additional charge. Awesome!

This is our go to hotel when visiting our daughter in Highlands Ranch. The location can't be beat. The breakfast is excellent and varies from day to day. The staff can't be beat. Special shout out to Emma who works during the breakfasts, she always has a smile and a good morning and is eager to make sure everything is perfect for your breakfast. She engages with the guests and makes you feel like she genuinely cares. Won't stay anywhere else when in Highlands Ranch!

It took until the 4th day I was there (day before I left) and several times of me asking the front desk to change the stained comforter on my king bed I paid suite rates for. Not sure if it was blood, makeup, or some other human bodily fluid but it was uncomfortable to sleep with for 3 nights. I didn’t think I was asking for much. The tub also backs up with 3 inches of nasty water after 1 minute of the shower being on, so if you’re a clean freak like me, it’s not pleasant to stand in. The floors weren’t cleaned in a while and there were smudges of I DONT WANT TO KNOW on the toilet. After a rough night of sleep from the people above me stomping and slamming things around, landscaping was directly outside my window at 7am on the dot, leaf blowing. Do yourself a favor and just spend the few extra bucks for a newer, higher rated hotel.

7 minutes from my morning appointment. Very friendly and efficient check in person at the front desk. Recommended a restaurant in walking distance that was great. Plenty of parking.

Needs improvement!
Arrived around 8 pm to check in. A sign on the counter said we’re helping other guests. Waited for 8 minutes just for someone to arrive at the front desk. (He came through the front door?) Room was very noisy from nearby highway traffic, so bring earplugs. Breakfast help needs additional training. They ran out of most everything, including coffee, and were very slow about refilling. Other than that, things were pretty good with clean rooms and comfy beds.
