Clean and spacious

Clean and spacious room. Stayed in a studio room with king bed. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Full kitchen - full sized stove and refrig/freezer. Really a nice set up. Staff was friendly, facility was well maintained, breakfast was well stocked - overall a very good experience. In the area somewhat often to see family and usually stay over by Ken Caryl. Residence Inn was slightly less expensive than where we usually stay - but was pleasantly surprised. Arrived in the evening, and found families playing basketball on court and people enjoyed the big fire pit. Nice!

Nice hotel

Our stay was pleasant. There were some guest whom decided to stay in the outside courtyard being loud until about 1 am. I would have thought that management would have put a stop to it but they did not.

The food and continuous coffee bar was the best! There was so many options for breakfast and the quality of the food was very good.

Vising Uncle in Littleton

Pros: Everything
Cons: One outside walkway handrail was loose and could be a problem for some folks. Not a problem for me.
Location: Great location near I-470. Lots of shops, restaurants, and movie theater nearby.
Wonderful experience. Best motel I've ever stayed in. It is on my list for future visits.

Hotel Staff Amazing!

Pros: The staff and the location
Cons: Could be a bit updated, but overlooked because of customer service, cleanness and overall great place
Location: Shopping and good food nearby
We arrived, checked in and went straight to our room, but for some reason, our room had a really bad smell. Guessing it was leftover from cooking (since they are all suites) we had a wedding to attend and had the brides dress with us. There was no way we could wait for the "air to clear" we were so afraid the dress would soak up the smell. We immediately went down and explained our dilemma. Not only did they move us, but later Britt from the front desk brought us ice cream and wine to "apologize". Loved the stay and the staff, the full breakfast was outstanding!
