Nearest hotel to town center of Livermore

Pros: Easy access to town center.
Cons: Air conditioner in room a bit noisy at times.
Location: See above. Plenty of restaurants in Livermore and interesting shops.
Livermore is a very attractive small town in the tri-valley area of California. This hotel is right next to the town center and thus very convenient. OK, it's not one of those typical new type hotels - it looks more like a 1970's era motel. However, I found it comfortable, the room had a flat screen tv, bathroom was small but quite clean with a powerful, hot shower. Free breakfast of cornflakes, Raisin Bran, coffee, muffin and bottled water. For the price it was quite reasonable.

Woke up to someone pounding on wall

Not the hotels fault, but one Monday night about 11:30 PM I awoke to someone pounding on the wall of the room next to mine. Like morris code, it was like they expected someone to answer. Later a few people showed up and the party begin. Loud talking and laughing, on a work night was not fun. The hotel was clean, the amenities are nice, fridge, microwave oven, great TV channels, all things considered, after the Monday night party next door, the place was much quieter for the rest of the week..

The motel is in a good location but very very old and riun down. Hotels.com said the pool was useable but it was out of order- and had been for 6 months- so I didn't like getting wrong information.

Pros: Convenient to downtown
Cons: Needs a deep/thorough cleaning
Location: Reasonable distance from the Wente Concert site
Be aware: NO HAIRDRYER "breakfast" consists of coffee and a sweetroll, nothing else closet had 2 hangers ceiling light was a bare lightbulb television did not work - could only get snow on screen bathroom floor and shower tiles were "painted" rather than being retiled. bathroom vanity had numerous cigarette burns. Obviously not a nonsmoking room

On a business trip with a budget and needed a place for one night. The staff was friendly and the Inn was located close to numerous stores and my meeting. Recommend if you're on a budget.

The room was clean and nicely setup all 3 days of our stay. We slept well on the comfortable bed and will use this location again. The location is an older motel and does show some age.

Hotel close to mall. It is easy to look for food

My room is 112. To some people, the room is unacceptable to let people stay, run down and dirty. The air conditioner has something wrong. It made loud noise. I could only use fan only at night to sleep. However to me, it was fine to me because I spent most of the time not in the room and I don't like complaining. The price is cheaper than other hotels.
