Wasn't enough water pressure in the shower, left dirty dishes , stayed 5 days, didn't change sheets unless we asked.

Room was big enough but suite couch was too dirty to sit on .. breakfast was ok and the hotel was close enough to our venue we could go back and forth.. Overall if the room had better quality beds and couch to lounge on it would have been a much better experience

The furniture isn't retro - it's OLD

Pros: The staff tries their best
Cons: Needs to be gutted and renovated from the ground up.
I write this at 3:40 AM while my upstairs neighbor is stomping around, exercising the pipes, obviously plotting their early escape. Paper-thin walls make this a noisy stay. The rooms are badly maintained and hopelessly outdated. My fridge greeted me with a glob of gooey dark matter, my TV was non-functional, and the heater smelled like something died in it. There's a balcony with "furniture" that doesn't look safe to sit on. The "gym" is a tiny room without windows, 20-year-old marginally functional equipment, a "scale" that starts at 10 lb, no drinking water, 3 towels, and another non-functioning TV. The pool is the size of a postage stamp, and given the "cleanliness" of rest of the hotel, there's no way I'd dip even a toe into the lukewarm hot tub. Zero healthy options for breakfast, cheapest coffee and vinegary wine for "happy" hour. It's been a while since I've stayed at a professionally priced hotel this bad, and it'll the last time i stayed here. There are much better options across the freeway. The staff was courteous and tried their best.

Our timing was bad. Their pool wasn't officially open, the hot tub was like warm in the morning, but the room was clean and comfortable..

Convenience

Computer check in slow,facilities clean but worn. Close to freeway,quiet though gas station close adequate hotel .

Great hotel

Very clean with friendly staff. Enjoyed the evening free drinks and the great breakfast in the morning, would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks
