Staycation.
Stayed here with my family for a bit of a staycation. Few notes. The beds move when nudged, had to realign them. Was hoping that they were more stable. The room we were in (328), the window bed was too close to the air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable for the individuals that slept in that bed. Further, the dresser in the bedroom was not secure and almost tiled over and hurt my son when he pulled on an open drawer. That's plain dangerous and lazy.

The suite was unexpectedly spacious and very comfortable. I just wished there were more variety of food at the breakfast buffet. I also liked that they generously give free bottled water.

Amazing - beautiful
One of the most beautiful properties we’ve ever stayed in. Felt brand new. Beautiful suites - interior and exterior of property like a resort. Landscaping like a botanical garden.

Unprofessional staff and service
The hotel itself was great. We had no problems. But the customer service was terrible. We went downstairs at 8:30am for the complimentary breakfast. There was no food left. When we asked about it we were told that they were not getting their shipment of food and they were going to close the breakfast area. There were many other people waiting also for the breakfast. When we asked to speak to a manager we were told she would be there in 2 min. When she never showed up we asked agai and were told she would be there in 20 min. Again a no show. We left to go and eat breakfast elsewhere having to pay 37.77 for food. When we came back we asked again to speak to the manager and we’re were told she was in an errand and would be back in 20 min. The front desk staff was rude and very unhelpful. We asked for corporates number and we were told she could not give it to us. We left the hotel and contacted Hilton customer service ourselves. We loved the hotel itself but will probably not go back due to the very unprofessional staff and the lack of what was promised in regards to the breakfast and no resolution from the hotel staff.
