Great location next to Royal Albert Docks. Parking onsite, though at a cost of £15/day. Rooms clean and bright. Bed comfortable but sofa bed incredibly uncomfortable. Good breakfast. Very warm and welcoming staff. Overall, recommended.

The breakfast/breakfast area was not equipped for the amount of guests present. Lack of cutlery, coffee machines were empty and over used, parts of the breakfast not available and the breakfast space was not equipped to cope with the amount of guests present. Also the tables were just not being cleaned or prepared for the next guests to sit down for the meal. But apart from the breakfast everything else was good for the stay, the room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
