We were not able to stay in the property. The host did not send access and check- in information, did not respond to messages via VRBO and did not answer the phone number shown as shown. We have not had an explanation as to why not. A very stressful experience

I can’t as couldn’t get access to property and still waiting for Vrbo rebooking team to find alternative the day after. No refund and no responsibility . Left stranded in Liverpool with 3 children
