Good to have parking with property, however quite noisy. Internet not working or connected to smart Tv. Would be good to have this checked. Peeler very rusty. Freezer needs de-icing and clean. Toaster also needs to be cleaned. Amenities good but needs maintenance and clean.

Plumbing in all rooms needs checking. Taps moving and shower doesn’t drain. Strange gluging noise from Pedestal Lingering odour from waste pipes in cupboard (washing machine)

What a lovely stay this was! We stayed for 1 night for my friends birthday, she was given a bottle of complimentary wine on arrival. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, the room was spotless, parking was easy, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Beds were really comfy. The tv in the bedroom did not work and wouldn’t tune in which was a huge disappointment for the children. The tv in the living room was ok but couldn’t watch anything that needed an internet connection as there was connection issues. Apart from that, it was a good stay and would use them again :)

Comfortable two bedroom apartment. Good location. A bit hot as there is no AC and little cross ventilation. There is a clothes washer but no detergent, even for purchase. We had to buy a big box from a store and throw most of it away when we left the city. Also need an ice tray in the fridge.

Pricey for Eurovision weekend but still a time!
Went for Eurovision weekend and although it was a pricey stay, it was very central and just a few minutes walk to all the bars, restaurants and the Pier Head. Staff were EXCEPTIONAL! A really pleasant experience and would definitely stay again.

It was in an ideal location and had everything you could need, the apartment could do with a little TLC but I would stay again. It can noisy at night time with revellers walking past so maybe not for light sleepers.

Perfect for a short city trip
Stayed here as a couple for a 3day business trip. Great location, the apartment had everything we needed, was comfortable & well laid out. The girl on reception (1st/ 2nd April) is an asset to the company. Unfortunately we didn’t catch her name & we had to leave before reception opened but we’d like our thanks to be passed on for being so friendly & helpful during our stay.
