"Over all facility was cleaned and maintained. Nothing luxuries. In my opinion they could use some lamps in the room. It’s a shame that for a new hotel that the gym was out of service. Side door was out of service. Staff was friendly"

"It was fairly easy to get to But our room had a terrible smell, and we could not get rid of it, and there were no changing rooms cause there weren’t any others available. So it stunk all night, not sure why."

"First off, the desk clerk could not find my Expedia reservation and was not helpful in resolving my problem. We ended up paying for 2 nights AGAIN with the hopes that Expedia would refund my money. This hotel is being renovated. The 1 working elevator was sketchy. Our room (suite) was newly renovated and nice but hot. We called the desk for towels (bathroom was short wash cloths) and we had to go back down to the front desk ourselves to get them. I have stayed at many Hampton hotels and this is the first one to disappoint. "
