“The property was fine. Older but adequate. I wasn't happy with Expedia, as the person on staff said that my credit card info was out of date, and she almost gave it to another customer. It was the last room in the motel, so we would have been out of luck! I tried to update my credit card info earlier that day, and thought that it had gone through, but it hadn't. I got no message from Expedia that something was wrong, went there expecting our room to be all ready after a long day's drive,……

“I have stayed at numerous places over the years, from luxury hotels in Vegas to seedy rooms above a bar, and the Evergreen is honestly the first motel where I felt like I was coming home. It may have a few years on it, but our room was absolutely clean, homey, and welcoming. The TV was on and playing restful music when we entered, there are real (and healthy!) plants around the room, and thoughtful touches everywhere - including a long shoe-horn and an emergency umbrella! “Our room was simple and clean. No staff on site for check in. If there’s an issue with check in you need to call the number given to you in the check-in procedure email. You need to call between 10am-6pm so if you need help you’re out of luck. The location was great. The parking instructions weren’t clear - we had to ask a tenant about where to park because there is no overnight parking instructions the parking adjacent to the property so you have to find and pay for parking in town and hope……
