We understand room temperature is important to provide a level of comfort and the reception staff did everything in their power at the time to solve this problem. As the hotel was fully booked during your stay we could not offer to move you to a different room, but we were sorry to see you go earlier than anticipated because of the heating problem as we could solve the issue if we were notified that the heating was still not working properly the next day.
