Beautiful hotel in Llanars Staff very helpful The food in the restaurant is fantastic Maitre in the restaurant helped with translating the menu Did not use the Spa seemed expensive Lido opposite was excellent Be aware most local businesses are shut early July for holidays

Lovely hotel in beautiful are and great treatments
This hotel is super quaint and in a really pretty area. The room was great - clean and large with a lovely view, if a little dated. The pool area is lovely, but we found it unmanned and there were no towels or anything (and it was completely empty for 2 hours) so it felt a bit weird. We did have 2 fantastic treatments though from the beauty rooms, so I'd highly recommend those. Breakfast was delicious and the buffet was great, but the staff were dashing around looking super stressed about all the dirty tables/things that needed to be replenished from the buffet, which was a bit distracting, I'm sure they would have got more achieved if they had been a bit calmer!

Good location for walks
great spot in a scenic alpine valley surrounding by towering mountain tops. suitable location for short or long hikes across the mountain ridges. situated in a very small town so dont rely on local shops or restaurants for food. need to travel to the next town (by car) to reach amenities.

We appreciate your comments. We are aware that we are in a small mountain village, which implies certain inconveniences when it comes to shopping, but at the same time offers a very quiet environment. Regarding the access to the SPA you had the option to include it directly when making your reservation on Expedia.

Lovely Hotel
Clean, cheap, great service, fantastic breakfast choice and 20 minute walk to Campradon and all of its restaurants. You could even ask for different types of pillows !

De ligging was prachtig. En een prima hotel. Ontbijt was heerlijk en veel keus. Jammer dat een cupje voor de nespresso niet gratis was. 1,50 vond ik erg veel.

El hotel es muy lindo y las habitaciones super comodas. Tuvimos un solo problema al llegar, que la habitación olía mucho a tabaco y el piso tenía uñas de pie por todos lados, lo cual quiere decir que ni lo barrieron. Pero avisamos en recepción y en seguida enviaron al personal de limpieza que muy atentamente limpió la habitación. Salvo por ese pequeño detalle, todo muy bien y destaco por sobre toda la buena atención de todo el personal, recepción, limpieza y restauración.

La verdad es que para descansar... las habitaciones Superiores nº28, tiene la ducha que te has de duchar encogido por que con la cabeza tocas el techo, el problema también es el ruido de todas las habitaciones contiguas, a la que abren una puerta y salen otros huespedes te enteras de todo y molesta bastante, por ejemplo una familia saliendo a las 7h de la mañana con niños, te despiertan fijo, el SPA muy justito, precios de los masajes bastante caros, vamos en Barcelona son más baratos, restaurante con carta justa de variedad y cantidad, bodega correcta precios normales, el hotel esta un poco anticuado pero correcto y de limpieza bien. Mucha madera en todo el hotel, el desayuno MUY completo y MUY bueno.

ambiance relax a la montagne.
un gros chalet à la montagne. toutes les chambres se ressemblent, avec beau balcon et beaucoup de bois. apéritif autours de la cheminée. resto super bon. spa est pas mal aussi. bons massages. cadre relaxant. personnel attentionné.

Por motivo de las fiestas locales tubimos que quitar el coche de las plazas que tiene el hotel en el exterior, donde estabamos aparcados, llovia con fuerza y tubimos que aparcar en el subterraneo con un coste por coche de 11€, nos hubiera gustado que el hotel nos ofreciera el aparcamiento gratuito.

Muchas gracias por su valoración. El parking interior es de pago para todos nuestros clientes del hotel ante cualquier previsión meteorológica, entendemos que no granizaba ni había peligro para los coches, sólo era lluvia.Por otro lado, les recomendamos sacar el coche de delante del sitio donde hacían el concierto, más que nada por si querían estar tranquilos porque había mucha gente; podrían haber dicho que no, al fin y al cabo es su coche y tampoco había peligrosidad alguna.Esperamos que puedan entendernos, ya que si el parking es gratuito para usted, tendría que serlo para todos los clientes de nuestro hotel.

pas la première fois a cet hotel, il est vraiment sympa, autours d'un bon feu dans la cheminée centrale.... spa trés correct, a 20 mn des pistes de ski. le restaurant est bon aussi, le service très bien.. chaque chambre avec terrasse.. rien a redire.

Perfecto alojamiento
La llegada al hotel fue muy amable, las habitaciones muy confortables, grandes y muy silenciosas. Se nota que es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Instalaciones como el restaurante o el comedor para el desayuno buffet, perfectas. Simplemente quedé enamorado de este precioso hotel en un lugar inmejorable. GRACIAS
