The hotel was excellent. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. Only issue is the bed. It was very very hard and uncomfortable. 2 single beds were joint together to form a double. Must of the night we found ourselves in the middle of the bed separated between the gaps.

Room and hotel were very clean. Room cleaned every day to a good standard. Staff on reception were helpful although there was a little language barrier at times (some staff were much better at English than others and my Spanish was a bit shaky at times). Food was good although there could have been a few more options which were more suited to children. Pool was good. All sun loungers were claimed by people putting towels on them and a policy of not being able to hog the sun loungers would be good. Location very central for all amenities but this meant that it was noisy most of the night until 5-6am (not the hotel's fault) but the noise of drunk people singing loudly at 5-6am every night is a little annoying. Overall a good quality hotel and it is well run.

Very good location,quiet,only slight problem was there was only 1 english channel on tv-& that was the news.Not in my room much,but when i am it's nice to have a decent choice on the tv.

Great hotel for price
Lovely hotel, great breakfast with lots of choice. Room was practical and clean. The surrounding area was lively and could be noisy but at night but it was too hot so windows were shut and air con was on. Biggest complaint was the wifi which only appeared to work in the reception. The half board option was great value.

I was extremely impressed with Hotel Acapulco. My low nightly rate included full buffet breakfast and dinner - the food was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for vacationers. There was nightly entertainment both at the hotel and within walking distance in the neighborhood so there was never a dull moment. The beach is also just a few blocks away. A truly enjoyable stay.

Smaller yet very comfortable room. Very informative and super friendly staff. Great location to walk around and explore historic landmarks such as the Lloret de mar church. Gorgeous tile work! Food around the the community was superb! A must see. Awesome place with wonderful and welcoming folks.

Nice hotel, nice small pool...But one staff member in particular made us feel extremely uncomfortable and judged, he never once smiled at us and would demand to see our room key every day with a nasty way as if he didn't believe we stayed there when he didn't do it to anyone else that came by us

The hotel was in an excellent position, close enough to beach, bars, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the bar was cheap. Pool area is small, but well maintained. I would defiantly stay here again when visiting Lloret De Mar.

Nice hotel close to bus station!
Location close to amenities eg bus station,supermarkets,resort centre made the Acapulco ideal. Though proximity to street and hotels opposite created an unacceptable level of noise meaning we could not have balcony door open, particularly when sports fans filled Hotel Don Juan and chanted,sang,cajoled,shouted all through the day/night. Staff were always pleasant and helpful and room cleanliness could not be faulted each day. Meals could have been more varied, using better quality produce eg less frozen veg,leaner cuts of bacon, maybe more local dishes added to the menu. But the overall holiday was enjoyed and 'birthday boy ' received a complimentary cocktail to celebrate the occasion!

My parter and I had a 5 night stay at this hotel recently. After reading the reviews on the forum we remained optimistic that it would be a good choice given the price, location and ranking via trip advisor. First things first. The location is ideal and is central to many amenities, including bars and restaurants. Given the season we expected a lot of noise, however was pleasantly surprised that outside noise was minimal, however we did feel the noise caused by neighbouring guests were a little of the noisy side given the rooms are not sound proof. The pool area is nice but you are unable to bring in food and drinks to be consumed in this area. The hotel staff were friendly and there was always someone on hand for any assistance. We went half board due to the price only being a fraction more than b&b. The food is very poor quality and I felt was overcooked even upon first display. That said, as I've mentioned above the price reflected this so I'm not complaining, just don't expect a nice cosy meal as it's very cramped and not the most comfortable of atmosphere. The beds are particularly hard and made an uncomfortable sleep, we moved on to Barcelona for a couple of nights and stated in a 2 star hotel that had far comfortable beds. Would we stay again, most probably not but it's not a hotel that should be overlooked if looking for a cheap break.

Nice hotel but not on the 2nd floor.
This hotel has two standards. One is 3* another 4*. I think both of them are 2*plus. We have had the room in the renovated area. Simple,basic room ,just new furniture and flat screen on the wall. No fridge.That's it. Anyway we were happy with it. After 11pm we knew why we have had this room . This part of the hotel is located above British Pub area ,very loud,noisy until 5am everyday . Could not sleep at all. We have requested room change . We was told we can do it but next day. We did not sleep first night at all. I think the staff thought we are young people and we will be back to the hotel in the morning.

Excellent Service
We booked a long weekend with friends to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The hotel was spotless and the staff without exception were very friendly and accommodating. We were fortunate to have stayed when the hotel opposite was hosting a 'Soul Village' weekend and the music was amazing. There isn't much sun on the pool area for most of the day but it isn't too far a walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Budget hotel with thin walls. Our neighbors had 2-4 people that slammed Or knocked on doors all hours of day and night. No sleeping here unless it was 2am-7am. hotel is at the end of a street with dumpy bars on your walk home. Lloret is not what we expected and is best for 16-22 year olds. Hotel staff moderately helpful. Not the best food recommendations either. Best feature is its close to the bus station. Minimal room comfort with one sheet and thin towels. Teen boys on the patios at all hours do we could not open our curtains and all rooms face a shared interior canter facing each other.

A very clean, welcoming, comfortable hotel. Could not find fault with anything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Lloret de Mar. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Noisy and fully packed with partying teens (in the hotel and in surrounding hotels). For my sanity- had to check out after only one night (check out is at 10 AM by the way!). Not to recommend!

Stayed at this hotel 2 nights and wasn't impressed by this facility. 1st of all there were no soap or body wash or shampoo in the washroom, had to go and ask for it at the reception and was given 2 pieces of soap. After question for how many people???!!? The vault in the room not operational and you have to pay 2.5 eur per day if you want to use hotels lockers. I would say it is rather far from the beach, say 10-15 min walk through the shopping street. Breakfast was not good at all. The only positive was the german restaurant near by where we eat most of the time. Overall i would not stay in this hotel again.

Great Location if You are a College Student Looking to Party!!
We did not know where we were staying, Lloret de Mar, but it sounded nice and was a good price. Ended up in a town on the beach surrounded by discos, bars, restaurants and shop upon shop of the same gift items. Nice hotel, but 3 of the neighboring hotels have very loud disco and salsa music going on until about 3 or 4 in the morning. Bring sleeping pills! Restaurant onsite was decent. Parking for the hotel is a good 10 minute walk from the hotel. Would recommend this hotel to 20 to 30 years olds looking to party all night or older folk who can handle the loud music.

Clean but very basic
The hotel room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillow was so thin. I requested a double bed but there were twin beds instead. There was no hairdryer. The service was friendly and the pool area was nice. I was only staying one night so I didn't require any luxury but if I'd been there longer I would have moved elsewhere.

This is a great family hotel, the staff is supernice and breakfast is good. However, Lloret is a party town and when I was there there were large groups of teenagers hanging out just outside making it almost impossible to sleep before 2 am.

Comfortabel hotel in het midden van uitgaansbuurt
Het hotel is een ietwat ouder hotel had ik de indruk. Bij de incheck was het personeel beleefd maar niet supervriendelijk of enthousiast. Ook gedurende ons verblijf merkten we dat een glimlach bij het personeel helaas ver te zoeken was... Ons appartement was wel heel comfortabel. 1 kamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en 1 kamer met een klein tweepersoonsbed. Verder stond er ook nog een zetel in de living die kan omvormen naar twijfelaar dus dat is perfect!. Het terras omringt bijna het volledige hoekappartement wat wel heel gezellig was in de avond! De badkamer was wat klein maar dat kwam vooral omdat de deur langs de binnenkant opende en dus zo plek wegnam. Stoom van de douche geraakte er ook heel moeilijk weg en de haardroger werkt echt niet goed! Ook was onze douchekop stuk en lekte het water langs de bovenkant van de regendouche weg. Na 4 dagen zijn ze dit gelukkig komen maken. Ook het schuifraam van de living kon niet op slot (werkte niet meer). De microgolf was nog zeer vuil bij 1ste keer betreden van de kamer! De kamers zijn wel ruim genoeg en de living ook, genoeg plek om kledij en spullen op te bergen. De frigo werkt zeer goed in het appartement en je kan er ijs bewaren. Ook de airco doet zijn werk goed. Enkel spijtig dat de toilet niet buiten de badkamer staat. In de avond heb je wel nog wat lawaai van buitenaf maar dankzij de elektrische rolluiken wordt dit serieus beperkt tot een minimum. Buffet was goed maar niet wauw alsook het zwembad. Hotelwinkel onder hotel.
