The hotel itself offered good service. The biggest disappointment was the runned down, unsafe-looking area. As we entered the lobby & checked in, the flies were disgusting as they swarmed around the desk. That took away from how clean & 'taken care of" the rest of the place felt.

Thank you for reviewing our property. All our guests insights are important to us. I am happy to hear most of your stay was a positive. We pride ourselves on our friendly and efficient staff. We are continuously working on renovating our rooms, as some of the ceilings do need attention, as well as the wall coverings. Downtown Lloydminster can be a little daunting, but rest assured we have very little crime in the area. I hope you will stay with us in the future.
