Very accommodating staff and service! They even allowed us a later check out time so our son could have a nap!

Good and affordable

Pros: Price and breakfast
Cons: Cooking of the bacon for breakfast. It was rather raw.
Location: Don't know. Stayed one night for a funeral.
Great place to stay with a great price which included a full out breakfast.

The room was nice and clean and the beds were very nice. The soaking tub wasn’t a soaking tub but the bathroom was nice.

Nice Place to Stay in Llod

Nothing to complain. Good location right of hwy 16. Unloading/ off loading was easy. Parking is easy. Nice breakfast. Nice comfortable bed. Shower was easy enough.

Despite prepaying for my room on expedia, and presenting my credit card (and driver's license) when I checked in, as per the sign at the desk, I was still charged a $100 damage deposit, which I paid by debit (so it didn't take a week to see it reflected back to my account). When I said I was paying with debit, the staff member said "Oh, I thought you were paying with your credit card", so she was fully aware that I had presented one. Why she wouldn't just take my card number, in the event of damage, I don't understand. She said it was "policy" to take a damage deposit because we booked through Expedia. My husband and I stayed in a Ramada, booked through Expedia the previous week, with no issues and no deposit. Upon check out, the staff made us wait until they checked the room out for damage before they would give me back my deposit. Absolutely deplorable practices, for no good reason. The room was fine otherwise.

Hi C! I was disappointed that you had an unpleasant check in experience. But you are right, we do really ask for a damage deposit from our guest if the room charge was paid #1-thru Expedia, #2- if you will pay in cash for your room charge and #3- if you will use your debit card as we also consider it as a cash payment, this is because on our part to be sure that we hold something from the guest if they left. We also are not allowed to just get the numbers of the guests presented credit card not unless we were instructed to do so that the payment will be done thru it. And booking thru expedia without paying the room charge does not need any damage deposit if you are going to use a credit card.I am sorry that the staff who attended to you let you feel that way but I am sure it is not intended to offend you, I will be more than glad to personally assist you on your next visit to make your check in more comfortable. hoping to see us again!

We got our 3rooms and two were dirty un made beds dirty sheets and blankets pulled up .!! no towels and shower curtains we made our beds.
