Handy to shopping etc and quiet!

Great value for money in restaurant but it was closed for Family Day stat which was good for the staff but the grab n go breakfast was a bit disappointing for us.

Convenient outside and inside access doors

Pros: Convienent double doors to the rooms, saves lugging luggage through the hallways
Cons: Earlier breakfast opening but the breakfast offerings were great and tasty.
Location: Located in downtown Lloydminster was easy to find and on Hwy 16 was a bonus. Quiet rooms.
Quiet room. Was very convienent location to neighbouring towns where we had a Crime Watch symposium.

Great for the Price

The rooms are quite nice, we had one with an outside door and there was a bit of a breeze coming in but otherwise it was a great stay.

It was loud throughout the night. People coming and going for work. You could hear everything. Front desk service was lovely, and the cooked to order complimentary breakfast was good.

Pros: We liked the reasonable price and the complimentary breakfast.
Cons: The upgrade.
Location: Easy access to the city.
The room was comfortable and clean. The heater fan was noisy.

Pros: The breakfast was great. Older but clean. beds were very comfortable and supplied 4 pillows for each bed. outside door entrance to the room.
Cons: TV picture was fuzzy.
Location: We were there for an Alpaca show, so we didn't have time to look around much.
The rooms are ok, TV picture was quite fuzzy. Breakfast is excellent and the ladies serving are great. We were about the middle, bottom floor and it was very quiet. Easy access and parking. Like the outside door entrance to the room.
