“It is new hotel , new small improvements, hotel road is confusing don’t follow Google Maps … food can improve.. very nice staff very helpful. I recommend for family vacations, rooms are big and modern especially with rooms with balconies highly recommended..”

“We really enjoyed our stay at San Martino Rooms. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Arena, ferry terminal, and plenty of great restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, the hosts were quick to respond, and the room was generally clean. The bathroom could use a deeper clean, but it was still perfectly usable. Overall, it was a great stay, and we'd be happy to return.”

“This is the worst stay than ever. I would give zero if i can. We have stayed in four different hotel, hostel, bnb during this trip. This experience is extremely bad. Staffs are very unhelpful and impolite. Room is very very small and without a proper window. Wifi is broken. It is not worth to stay in a place like that. So i moved to bnb at the end. Not recommend at all! ”

Le uniche due pecche sono: - i lettini in spiaggia molto scomodi senza materassino che comunque si può richiedere alla reception. - la presenza di molte zanzare sia in camera sia nelle zone comuni”

“Ottima colazione, bella la camera con vista sul mare. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto prendere un traghetto nella prima parte della mattinata perché abbiamo dovuto attendere quello incluso nel costo della camera e vincolato all’orario del check. Peccato avremmo avuto più tempo per visitare l’isola. ”

“Das gesamte Hotel war sehr modern eingerichtet und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Wir haben zudem ein kostenloses Upgrade des Zimmers bekommen und ein wirklich top modernes sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick bekommen. Der Spa Bereich ist auch sehr schön, es gibt ein Salzwasser Schwimmbecken und diverse Saunen. Ansonsten ist das Hotelpersonal durchweg sehr nett und zuvorkommend gewesen. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war das Frühstück. Es war zwar abwechslungsreich, aber……

“房間較小，且先要到另外一地點reception(avior holidays)登記入住。他們會用哥爾夫球車載你到住處。 Residence距離old town 有十多分鐘步程，沿途可以欣賞海景。亦有很多餐廳及食物選擇。”

“地點很好，由車站到酒店不用上山下海，附近有很多餐廳，工作人員很好，出入都有打招呼，房間跟相片一樣，只是比較舊，下次去也會選這裡，性價比太高了！”

“This is a charming small hotel in the small, medieval town of Labin. It is right on the town square with historic sites, restaurants and shops nearby. The room was large and comfortable with a very nice bathroom with two sinks and a shower. The high point of our stay was Sema, the manager. She assured that everything was perfect from the room to the amazing included breakfast to arranging transport and experiences.”

“観光エリア内の好立地。バスターミナルは街の逆側なので徒歩15分程度は掛かります。 早朝、夜も人通りがあり、危険性は感じない。下がレストランのようで人によっては夜の騒音が多少気になるかも。 エアコン、冷蔵庫など設備も十分。 鍵の受け渡しもメールのやり取りで簡単に進められるので心配なし。”
