I had the worse experience of my life at check in
. When i went to check in with my baby i was told my room is gone and i already paid for it leaving me devastated. Then eventually the manager gave me a room. I ignore all the warning ⚠️ sign reviews and went ahead and stayed there

Ma'am, if you would have let Expedia or the hotel itself know you would be checking in after 3am there wouldn't have been an issue. You arrived after our audit ran which made you a NO SHOW. We could have had you already checked in had you let us know.
Place was pretty clean- just random things were found like a braces rubber band and toothpick under the nightstand. Gal at breakfast was amazing and sooooo nice!!

Upon arrival we walked in and there was no one at the front desk. Rang the bell and waited. We could see the front desk was connected to the laundry room and that there was a lady walking back and forth in front of the open door. Rang the bell again. Nothing. She passed again. Rang the bell again. Still nothing. I was walking around to the entrance to the laundry room when she finally came up to the desk. Not impressed with the service we received.
Was amazed that you could not change the input on the TV for Roku or iPad. Front desk said that was not available due to the remotes that they use.
Also, the channel listings were very incomplete. When we asked the front desk she pulled out a guide and handed it to us. When asked if that was in the room and we just missed it she said no. That’s weird.
The room was very nice. Huge really and in nice condition. The initial impression was damped by the guest agent and the lack of being able to use our Roku or iPad.

I am so sorry you encountered this situation. I have met with the front desk manager and we had a meeting with all front desk staff. We do not keep the guide for TV's in the room. We also have a separate remote for these types of situations which we would have gladly given you had you called the front desk.

I apologize on behalf of the entire staff that you did not have a good stay with us.
This was my best check in! I've been traveling for a week now and I will return to this property again. The amenities I desire are here and I really can't wait to come back. The desk clerk was truly on his job!

The man that checked me in seemed to not know exactly what he was doing (but was trying for sure. Breakfast was good and had a few choices to make it good (eggs, sausage, and some others items) —breakfast workers were very friendly

Late check in 1am . After entering the room I noticed room was not clean bed sheets was dirty. Hair from when the last people/ person stayed at the property in the bath tub, bed , and floors. Breakfast could have been better a very poor selection.

Breakfast was incredible! Definitely a plus! We stayed there for a sports tournament my son was playing in and it was an amazing experience. Staff was super helpful and customer service was exquisite!
