We were given a room in a dark hall. The only window was in the bathroom. the clerk said I could not cancel my reservation. Finally she agreed to give us a different room but said that most people did not mind the first room. The house maid later asked if the original room was too dark. Well yes it was! The clerk was pleasant when we checked out.
