The hotel would not allow my staff person to check in because he did not have the credit card used to book his room. Sad that companies cannot book staff into rooms unless they want to travel to location to provide credit card.

Cheaper for a reason. Breakfast was white toast, kids cereal (Fruit Loops), or waffles. The water for tea was tepid. The king room we had needed it’s carpet shampooed desperately.

Frig & Micro

Liked having the micro and frig in the room. I always eat out and like being able to bring back to eat later. Its a compromise from not having coffee maker for morning, but shoot, I can by a Starbucks and put it in the frig. Lol

Staff in league with criminals.

I received a call on the hotel phone at 1 am from someone claiming to be at the front desk. The caller tried to convince me that they needed my credit card and other personal information because of "computer problems". Another call came in at 6 am. These calls can only come through the front desk switchboard. If you have to stay here, unplug the phone.

CAN'T CHECK IN UNTIL 4PM!!!! Ridiculous!!!! But check out is 11am. You do the math. What a rip off!!! I booked a room here at about 7 am and didn't discover check in time until after confirmation. Expedia doesn't guarantee a clean cancellation or how long it might take to get your money back. So I had to wait almost 8 hours to finally get into the room. Call ahead before you book. Most places let you check in by at most 2pm.

Looked nice online. Not so much when you arrive.

Run down on inside. Very basic accommodations for the price. Ghetto location. But bed was comfortable and staff was okay. I would never stay there again. If you have to, spend a few books more for a better place. Wish we would have.

Overpriced. There was music at an establishment close enough to be heard through the walls. (I had a room with an outside wall.) Also, there was minor construction work just outside my room on the first day of my stay. The bed was uncomfortable (too hard). There was no indication of where the breakfast was served. Check in time is too late (4 p.m.) Soda machine and ice too far from room.
