$100 usd deposit that I haven’t received back yet 😡, front desk guy didn’t wanted to give me a receipt he said Expedia will send me the receipt, parking was under renovation so I had to park on the back but the back doors doesn’t open from outside! needs a really good cleaning.

Employees were super rude! The room was so dirty I walked in and walked out. I have pictures. I refused to stay there cause it was so dirty and I have stage 4 cancer and was worried about getting sick there due to the lack of cleanliness.

Our phone in the room did not work, the refrigerator made noise all the time, and the microwave stop working. We did not get full size bath towels. We felt safe going out side to go somewhere by us, we were able to have a good breakfast, maney options.

I do not want to criticize this hotel because I am a very picky person. I was not expecting luxury but the place is I underwhelming and it needs a redo. I absolutely hate the smell of chlorine (bleach?) on my sheets. The whole room smelled like chlorine. My pillow was pretty bad. Tv did not work. I think staff was kind and place has lots of potential.

Good value for room.
We stayed in a dbl queen bed room with a counter, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, bar sink smaller, with connected cabinetry & table. Very useful & appreciated. Also, an armoire (wardrobe closet) with iron & ironing board. Plenty of lighting & storage. For us, a big plus. Controversy is the new lax laws on cannibus smoke & smoking. Other guests, smokers of cannibus, walking down the halls, left behind a skunk like odor which infiltrated our room. Staff allowed us to borrow an amazing air freshner designed for this specific purpose. As non smokers in a new cannibus smoking tolerance environment in Calfornia, hotels / motels need designated cannibus only sites with really aggressive air purifying systems.

Worst of the worst…please do not stay in this hotel. So dirty and a lot of stain in bed sheet cover & some hair. And there is cockroach roaming around the bathroom. So disgusting and dissappointed.

This property is filthy. I couldn’t stand to stay in that room, even for 20 mins. It’s so disgusting that the bedsheets are crumpled, with stains, and with long hair strands and pubic hairs. They even offered us to stay in another room and it turns out to be even worse. I don’t recommend staying here. And for Expedia, please remove this place to your list.

The check in staff was lovely, and very helpful. The room was cleam amd spacious. The entire property is lacking maintenance. The luggage cart was held togetherness with tape, and every screw was loose. The sink took 5 minutes to drain, so was really dirty. So did the shower. Some basic maintenance on a regular basis would bring this property back to life. The hallways were very noisy all night, with people screaming and lauhhing. Walls are thin so you hear EVERYTHING.

I booked an "accessible" room.; What I got was a very regular room with a slightly higher toilet! Absolutely nothing else was changed in the unit, no grab bars around the toilet to assist someone to shift from a wheelchair or to rise from the toilet. Neither were there any grab bars around the bathtub to hang onto! I've seen better equipped regular rooms which, having no walkin (or roll-in) showers, provide grab bars to assist even {normal) to step in and out of a tub safely. I would be saying "SHAME ON YOU WYNDHAM FOR PROVIDING SUCH A POORLY EQUIPPED FACILITY AND CALLING IT "ACCESSIBLE!""

Room 219 was provided. Very disappointed.. The Bed covers are stained, there are holes in the sheets. The mattress are dark yellow stained. Not sure .. they gave this room just because we did not book the room directly from them or because we used the reward points to cover half of the prices. Staff is friendly. We picked this place because the name of Wyndham. 2 weeks ago we stayed at Club Wyndham Canterbury in San Francisco. That was the 2nd time we stayed there. We were very satisfied with our stay. We think Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham must be improved..

Please read reviews before staying at thia "inn". When we walked into the room, it was evident from the start that it hadnt been properly cleaned. There was crumbs all over the floor, hair on the bed etc. It was so nasty that before we even sat on the bed, my little brother had begun to inspect both of them to make sure there were no bed bugs. While he was doing this, multiple large disgusting stains were found on the matress. They only offer two pillows, and the breakfast was terrible. Using the ac dried out my throat and i have been coughing since leaving. My brother had 2 bloody noses at night for the same reason. The only plus side was that the staff was incredibly nice. I cant really say they were accomodating, as it was impossible to be accomadating in a hotel with such poor condition. Save your money, dont stay. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but due to sheer discomfort we left the next day.
