This is an old hotel that you can still enjoy and relax, we stayed 2 nights and they did not clean the room, my son needs to go down to reception for more towels and water.

Thank you for the review. The choice housekeeping program promotes a uninterrupted stay and gives guest more options. We have services upon request for shorter visit and after every third night for longer stays. Guest my request service at any time during their stay.

Extremely clean. The hotel is well maintained. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. There were also lovely fresh cookies at reception , which is a nice touch.

Besides the fire alarm randomly going off and the uncaring front desk the first night, we really enjoyed our stay.

We needed one night in Logan for a USU campus visit. There is a distinct odor to the place, and I couldn’t tell if they were trying to cover it up with a scent or if it was essential oils. But it was powerful and (for me) almost nauseating. Breakfast was an easy grab as we left. And both the night staff and the morning crew were kind and helpful.

Housekeeping was poor. Got to the room and everything seemed normal. Then we noticed toilet paper in the garbage and in the toilet bowl. Later in the evening when we turned the lights on we saw that the nightstand and desk had not been wiped down. There were crumbs and some spilled drink that had not been wiped up at all. Everything else was as you would expect at a budget hotel.

I love this hotel. This was my 3rd time staying at this property. It is newer, very clean, convenient and safe parking. I spoke with 4 different staff members who were all very courteous and friendly. This is really a great hotel!

Upon entering the girl at the front desk was super friendly. Our room wasnt ready yet so she gave me the wifi and brought out fresh baked cookies which was super nice of her. The lobby was really nice. When we got to our room however, it was noisy and the beds were very uncomfortable. We went to the pool wanting to use the spa and the spa was gone and covered up. We went to leave to get dinner and when we came back there was some very unsavory people being let into the side of the building and we just didn't feel comfortable there anymore. So we booked another hotel and left. Like i said staff, amazing. Property & amenities leaves a lot to be desired.

I hope you had a chance to try our large heated pool. I apologize that you didn't feel comfortable to stay. In the near future please let us know because we take the safety of our guest very serious, and would have look into that for you so you felt safe. Nothing Quality of this experience, and I will explain in detail. First, we had to change room due to mechanical issues in the first room... that was not a big deal as we were not fully unpacked yet. Went and grabbed some dinner and came back to let the family swim. While the pool was dated, it was decent for the area and family had fun. Tried to ask for towels and barely got a word in response. Any nightly amenities were one and done - Cookies, made once and quickly gone by staff. Hot water for drinks... made onces, and never refilled included hot chocolate packets. Swim towels, never refilled ended up sharing a towl as staff was non-existent and never came to the counter. Bed time was noisy until well passed 1:00 AM, and bed was horrifically uncomfortable and worn (I am a side sleeper, and felt kinked). I even tried sleeping with my feet at the headboard! Breakfast was decent, but constantly had to ask the staff to refill many hot and cold items that were out of stock. I came at 8:45, which is 45 minutes before breakfast ended. I noticed several others asking for one piece of sausage or one egg. Room was decently cleaned as far as linen. Lamp shade has big stains on it from someone slipping something on it . Shampoo and Conditioner dispensers are ridiculous. I am all for saving the earth, and removing one time use containers, but you have to find an easier of dispensing. Sorry - Had high hopes, but felt like minimal effort to keep lights on.

The bed was like a taco. Slept terrible. We were only there for one night but I would never stay longer than that. It’s a very low budget hotel but the staff is friendly.

We were very surprised to check in to our room at 10pm and find only 1 bed, when clearly we had reserved a room with 2 beds. Says it right on the confirmation. Desk staff agreed. But they were full and couldn't move us to a different room. Ok that has happened before. The hotel that did it to us before called another nearby and more expensive hotel and set us up with a room. Not these guys, we asked. Nope. No help.

The customer service was amazing. The front desk attendants were so friendly. I had talked to them a couple of days before and also during my stay and all of them were incredibly helpful and friendly. Give them a raise, they deserve it.

Very nice hotel. The tv screen was dark, and the the cable tv service was herky jerky so it was very hard to watch. The internet speed clocked in at barely 3 mps. The total overall room comfort was very very nice.

I couldn’t get checked in they kept declining my card even after being on the phone with my bank and they said there card reader didn’t work got in another hotel room like nothing after I tired with this one wouldn’t recommend
