When we checked in we were informed that the elevator to the second floor was out of order. Our booked room was on the second floor! Fortunately the young lady that checked us in was able to reassign us to the first floor. Good job by her all around.

The pool was out of order. We stayed here a year ago and it still isn't useable. I know they said they were waiting for a repairman but how busy can they be in winter?

Everything was clean and nice, and it was especially quiet, last place I stayed, you could hear crazy noise and it was difficult to sleep. The receptionist was super friendly and help me out with anything I needed. I liked the place so much I stayed another night. There was nothing bad about the place that I can think of. The property was awesome, everything about it but the expedia experience was awrful, in fact im done with them when i finally got a chance to talj to them i could barely understand them and i know she didnt understand me. My flash sale deal cost $14 more then if i just walked in and got a room and expedia played me off for stupid saying i got a deal and no refunds no points no nothing!!!! No more expedia!!! I do know how to add, pretty simple $14 extra to argue on phone for 30 min is no deal. Imagine how much that $14 will cost u over time 😁😁😁😁

Hotel was great for the price. Breakfast was excellent. And for a old biulding its good. Bed was comfortable, rooms big, has everything you need for the night, carpets need to be cleaned soon and pool and hot tub out of order but we didnt need them.

Noticed the dirty floor at our door as soon as we entered, then, in the bathroom the long hair on the floor! We were in a pet friendly room, charged $25 but clearly there’s not much cleaning going on especially to warrant the extra money for a pet! My husband has a mobility issue, so at Booking I advised this & asked for a main floor room, with Minimal walking to the “door”. I guess I didn’t give enough detail cause they Put us 2 doors down from “a” door, but our vehicle had to be parked down the hall out another door!! Then, this was only half way to the breakfast room! It was the most walking we could have asked for!! They have a sign that they accommodate disabilities, yet a women with a visible problem walking had to go up a flight of stairs to get to her 2nd floor room because they didn’t tell her where the elevator was and she had walked down a long hallway with no luck on finding it! The Pet Policy was maximum 2 dogs under 25 lbs - I saw one guest come in the back door by our room with a full size German Shepard and the multiple constant barking dogs across from us sounded Like more than 2! Would not stay here again - the rate was good, but, I felt like you get what you pay for!

Property was older. Hot tub did not work. Rooms were dated and as a result the tub and shower area looked very dirty / stained. The beds were comfortable, however the darkening shades were impossible to close and therefore the light from the hotel sign shined in our room all night - we were able to unjam/fix it in the morning!

Upon check in we were advised that we could park in a lot adjoining the property as we were pulling a trailer. After pulling into the lot and realizing it was muddy we elected to turn around to leave - unfortunately it was so muddy we could not turn properly and ended up getting our truck and trailer stuck / had to call a tow truck and pay $200 to get out. Additionally, it took another $50 to wash our truck and trailer. Management needs to advise guests of this concern when the area is wet. Very disappointed to incur these extra costs and time delays after driving for 12 hrs.
