Would have expected to pay half the price!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything (tear it down and rebuild)
Location: Logan is a great college town with lots of outdoor activities nearby.
I will never stay here again and probably will never choose an Econo-Lodge because of this experience. I am pretty sure the furnishings, paint on the walls, bathroom fixtures and even the sheets have not been updated since the '70's. The clerk at check-in was nice. No complaints there, but the room experience was horrible. I realize it's ECONO-lodge and you can't expect Hampton quality at an Econo-lodge, but for the quality of the room I would have expected to pay half what I paid. Let's start with the sheets... SANDPAPER! These truly were the cheapest, oldest and roughest sheets I've slept on in my entire life. The bathroom? Don't go there! I waited until the next morning on our way out of town and used the bathroom at a restaurant. The shower was a horrible, depressing, faded yellowish tint (not a good color for a shower). We did not use the shower and the maid will be quite happy, I'm sure she won't have to "clean" it or supply new towels since we left the bathroom virtually untouched (although it looked like it had been touched by many, many others years. Furnishings? Old, cheap, particle board furniture with broken drawers. I'm think the furnishings were removed from an old motel in the '70's before it was torn down. Smell? BAD!!! ...and I'm not talking the smell when they tell you it's a non-smoking room but people have clearly smoked in it. I'm talking a dirty smell. I could go on but I'm out of room and am so glad I'm out of THAT room.

Pros: convenient location
Cons: new towels
Location: near Logan temple
The motel is very old. It is clean, but the towels were threadbare. The pool needs better upkeep.

Was ok for the money and a short stay. Check in was easy. Pool and spa were not working. We missed the breakfast

What a dump

Stayed here for a bike race. The employees were dressed so sloppy and dirty. Nice enough, but looked like they just rolled out of bed. Chair in my room had nasty stains, and the air didn't work.

The hotel was over priced for what we got.

The beds were clean and comfortable, but that was the only good thing about it. The breakfast was super skimpy an they totally ran out of food. The TV and microwave could not work because the outlet was broken. Asked to get it fixed, but they didn't do it. Had to bring in an extension cord to get the TV to work. There were not enough towels for what we needed. I feel like we paid a lot of money for a room that was mediocre at best.

Be careful...

The worst stay I've ever had.. I would have felt safer sleeping in my car with my children at a truck stop. The manager and staff did try to fix the situation. It was just a series of horrible events that all came together to make this stay the perfect storm of a terrible stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Econolodge. There is a fridge and a microwave in the rooms which is a nice bonus. The breakfast was decent. The rooms were not in superb condition, but the beds were decently comforable. Overall, for the price, I would stay again.
