The staff was competent and friendly. The property and amenities however were sub standard. This hotel is run down and depressing. The La Quinta we stayed at the prior night was 5 star. It was so disappointing I’ll think twice before I stay at another La Quinta hotel.

Water for shower would never get hot or warm. Entrances were disgusting and very dirty. Heater/ air conditioner was extremely load due to a bearing on fan going out. Room was clean though.

No hot water Saturday morning. Staff would not provide a new room in a part of the hotel where there was hot water, do a cold shower was the only option. Both facility and service from staff unacceptable in this instance. Upon arrival, room had not been cleaned thoroughly--evidence of spills, hair in bathtub. At the room rates charged, guests have a right to accept a higher level of quality and service. This hotel will not be revisited on our next trip to Logan.

We had to come from another hotel that was pretty bad to stay at this one. Staff that checked us in was super nice and friendly. Pool and spa were good (except the door getting into the pool was broken and had wires hanging from it). Our room was clean and quiet and made for a nice stay.

Our room was clean. The bed was so so comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were very dirty. If you are looking for a pool and hot tub specifically I would go elsewhere. If you just need a room, ours was very clean and comfortable.

I stayed in a double Queen room. It was very spacious, had 2 queen beds plus a sitting area with a couch and ottoman so lots of run to spread out. Also really Liked the dual sinks in the room, with the shower and toliet in a smaller separate room. Breakfast was decent…usual cereals, waffle maker, scrambled eggs, muffins, juice and coffee. Convenient location and parking was easy. Would recommend this hotel

The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was below average, the parking lot was not snow plowed where you park so you had to step through snow until the sidewalk.

I don’t think I would give it a great review. They are short staffed and there were a lot of small problems. No TP in the men’s main bathroom downstairs by the pool for the entire stay, so all men had to go to their own rooms. Why can’t staff take care of that problem? No extra pillows in the entire hotel. Pool was freezing and hot tub jets were broke. Waited over an hr. for pool towels after asking for them since there were none in there ever. For breakfast, they ran out of eggs by 8 am and said they had no more. No bacon or sausage. They did have ham. Pretty run down place, but rooms were clean.

The front desk people were nice but our room was looked like it had been broken into before and the thermostat temperature wouldn't lower and it looked like the ceiling in the bathroom needed a serious cleaning . The pool was really cold and the hottub was warm at best. Not what it use to be but it was a place to sleep

Affordable stay
They have done some renovation with the front which looks amazing. We have stayed here before and have seen the quality and condition suffer over the years. When we checked in we were given a different type of room than what we booked. This room was a handicap room. The room was fine but the shower was a walk-in with a curtain that when using water would pool on the floor. We had to use our extra towels to line the floor next to the shower so we wouldn't step in the pooled water and slip. The bathroom door was warped and would not shut unless pushed from the opposite side while closing it. The soap dispenser was loose and the soap would not stay on it. It was also very rough/ to the point of scratching your fingers when grabbing the soap and it was rusted, plus the level at which it was installed happen to be at my elbow height because of the tightness of the shower space and the placement of the soap dispenser I kept hitting my elbow. I tried changing the shower head hoping for a better spot to shower. This is affordable at around $90 a night and with the renovation of the front hopefully they will make their way to renovating the rooms in the near future.

We really appreciated our stay here. My husband got sick, and they were able to extend our booking for a few days. There were complications with the original room that we reserved, but we received a discount as a result. We also were given a free night stay due to another guest who took it upon himself to pound on our door and make complaints about us. The people at the front desk were so friendly and so helpful and so fun to work with. We really appreciated that in the midst of this otherwise difficult situation.
