Wrong room

We were given the wrong room and my parents who also reserved through Expedia, did not have a room when they checked in. They were told that the hotel was overbooked and there were no other rooms available in the city. After half an hour of checking other hotels, they suddenly had a room available for them....it was there the whole time! Nice big rooms but the customer service was not good.

Pros: The size of the room is great!
Cons: When I first walked in there was not an employee at the front desk, I waited around for a few minutes before anyone arrived to check me in.
The location is nice, just on the outside of downtown. The room size was very great! I did not have to reach out to the employees for any reason besides check in/out. But it was a bit of a turn off when no one was at the desk both times that I walked up. Breakfast is okay, I went down just before 8am and things did not seem as fresh. Granted that it started at 6am, that may have been why. Still, the quality should hold up during the entire breakfast period. They do have a small snack section near the front desk which is convenient!

Back door knob on back doors did not work right

Pros: Beds were comfortable and lay out was nice
Cons: Maintenance, Custodial and relocate waffle irons so people are not jammed through the whole line
Location: Southern part of Logan Utah trying to get out on the main street is a joke butu there is shopping in the area
The back doors on the back side of motel are not set right the do not open unless you mess with it for a little bit. Alot of people were getting irritated as well as my wife and I. Told the front desk about it and she said that you need to crank on it hard and several times but it will open. Toilet seat was not tightened on. ! wash rag for 2 people. The floor had bobbi pins on it when we arrived figured they would clean them the next day but when they cleaned our room we came back the floor still wasnt cleaned up or vacuumed. Pulled back the sheets when and there was small pieces of ash or black paper we pulled the sheets opened more and brushed them off. Breakfast people stayed jammed up around the waffle maker then there was not any syrup in container. So really not a great experience especially while we were working on a funeral.

Great stay

We had a very enjoyable stay at La Quinta. The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was a great Kickstarter to the day.

Bike Race Weekend

Pros: The property is well maintained and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Love that the rooms have a min fridge and microwave.
Cons: The noise that comes from the halls / ice machines at night.
We've stayed at this property several times for an annual bike race. We've alway been happy with this property and this year our Front Desk agent went above and beyond. We had 3 rooms and asked for a quiet location. Marabel found us 3 room close to each other on the top floor and it was perfect. The weekend we stayed is very busy due to the big bike race and Maribel was running around all night checking rooms, and making sure everyone was taken care of. She was very hospitable and we appreciate that.

Nice hotel in a beautiful town

Anniversary

Pros: Quiet, Clean, nice bed, loved the suite look to the room. I could work on my computer while my wife was sleeping and not bother her. It was very nice.
Cons: I always wish the TV's were bigger screens but the TV options were very nice.
Location: Bear Lake, Logan Temple, Beautiful mountains and trails.
We went to the Martin Harris pageant in Clarkston Utah. We stayed in Logan Temple. The room was great. Clean, quiet, and nice bed. We enjoyed our trip to Logan and our stay at La Quinta.
