One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The beds were like sleeping on a brick, the pillows were oddly shaped and horribly uncomfortable. The staff, while not necessarily rude, followed some very strange property rules. Like: you can't get another/extra room key unless your whole part of guests is at the front desk with you, or you can't get extra towels for your room unless you bring back the original ones to swap. Just very very odd rules. While checking in, which took entirely too long, the front desk got a call and the concierge commented about "picky guests" and "what do you expect, it's s motel 8?" Won't ever be back to this property and I wouldn't recommend anyone else stay here either. Choose motel 8 to save a few bucks and I definitely regret it!

Pool was clean, quiet and warm. The room and bathroom were clean and looked fairly updated. The staff was extremely kind to us and gave a suberb dinner recommendation. Will stay here next time I'm in Logan again.

The room wasn’t too bad until I laid down and thought I saw a bed bug, but brushed it off. The next morning I started to get itchy and had what I thought were hives. Turns out it was bed bugs and I was having an allergic reaction to their bites. My daughter and I both had bites! Terrible and I am praying we don’t bring any home with us!

This hotel was not the cleanest. BUT the sheets and towels were! We had read other reviews about bedbugs, so we took the sheets down to the mattress. Nice and clean. The bed is comfortable, and I feel is was a expected for the cost

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but this place was awful. The floors and walls inside our room and in the common areas of the hotel were filthy. Ours wasn't the only room. We had several friends staying in different rooms, and theirs were just as bad. I thought this place would be ok because it is a Wyndham hotel but don't be fooled by the name. Stay somewhere else in Logan.

Chose to stay here because it was only overnight and just needed to sleep and shower. Got in at 2 am and had to move to another room because our room was not clean. Toilet seat had feces literally smeared on it that the cleaner didn’t clean properly and there was hair in the sink. The front desk person moved us quickly to another room. He was pleasant and very apologetic, though it was not his fault at all. I can stay in a place that’s not new as long as it’s clean but even the new room had stuff on the floor and definitely showed no pride in cleanliness. Would not stay here again

These people are so rude when we checked in they gave me the run around saying I didn’t have a reservation and then when I told them I needed a bottom floor room they theough a fit about that. Then we got checked in and I was laying on the bed and my niece looked over at me and was like there is a bug I stood up sure enough it was a bed bug we then pulled down the sheets and there was 3 other bed bugs on the bed, they switched us rooms and we took down the blankets and another bed bug was there then they didn’t want to refund me my money so I got charged 2x because I had to move to another hotel I do not recommend this hotel at all

The front desk staff were great! They answered all my questions curteously and professionally. The pool was maintained and so was the room. Free wifi and good tv channels! Continental breakfast options were awesome! I just struggled to communicate with the cleaning staff.

First, i had a hell of a time finding this place from the address given on Expedia. Remove the south from the address, you will be good. The front desk employees had there cars parked by the front door, when i checked in and out. Half blocking the driveway. Making it hard to get past their vehicles. The room itself was ok. At least it was quiet so i could sleep

Place took a 100$ deposit and i still havent got it back very outdated filthy carpets walls were disgusting

Okay but not great
It was alright for cheap place to stay. Wish the staff had done something about the noisy guests in the hall at 1:00 in the morning. I had to call the front desk and they had already told them to quit down. The heater was incredibly loud.

We stayed three nights, my room was dirty, hair is in the sink and tub, some lights didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, the jets didn’t work in the hot tub and you get what you pay for with that being said that wasn’t the worst part, I also understand employees are hard to come by so I didn’t complain. We stay here 2-3 times a year. Our 2nd night there the manager called at 1AM accusing us of having four people in our room!!! Saying he seen it on camera, we of course were sleeping and had been since 10. I asked if he got the wrong room, he assured me he got the right room. I told him to come check the room for himself, I received no apology. I manage a store and worked in retail my entire life, there is was definitely a better way of handling this so called “situation”. I will never stay here again, I do NOT RECOMMEND staying here unless you enjoy being woken in the middle of the night and accused things!

The service was good, the front desk was friendly. We got to the room and it was very run down, ie; duct tape holding the lounge chair together, the desk chair had a broken wheel that made sitting in it worthless. On check out I told the front desk that the desk chair had a broken wheel and was told if I turn it just so the wheel would hold. It was an affordable stay but "you get what you pay for".
