The apartment was as pictured with all of the amenities listed and more, the place was catered for our comfort, and they thought about everything that we could possibly need. “The view from this condo was absolutely beautiful and was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, almost everything else fell short of expectations. The unit had a noticeable roach problem, which was both unpleasant and concerning. The biggest frustration was the checkout process. Guests are expected to clean up before checkout, including washing dishes and taking out the garbage. It’s steps from the beach and beach club but we had the use of the golf cart if we wanted to explore other areas of the resort. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
