“The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access).”

“Les instructions pour se rendre étaient claires. Les communications efficaces et ils ont été en mesures de m'accomoder pour un arrivé plus tôt. L'endroit est très bien situé tout est à proximité. L'endroit était propre à mon arrivée, mais j'ai remarqué la présence de quelques petites fourmis, rien de majeur sur le coup, mais il ne faut pas laisser aucune nourriture et il faut aller porter les poubelles tout de suite.”

“A wonderful, new boutique hotel where we stayed 5 nights in May - about 5 minutes walk from the main Pile gate, just far enough away from the maddening crowds. The staff were superb - super friendly and competent. The physical hotel is beautiful with great finishes and tastefully done. Breakfast was excellent, with a broad number of gourmet quality selections - you can always tell by how delicious each orange, fig, and blueberry is on the fruit plate. Hotel will be opening their restaurants……

“Great location in Lapad. Host is very friendly and gave us information about the bus route to old town and a tour of his garden. Sunset beach was less than 10 minute walk and the promenade has lovely restaurants and bars to explore. Service was elite!”
