The you lady on the midnight shift was very caring Nd kind. She gave me an appointment application that goes according to your income Nd she referred me to a lot of great resources. I am very pleased with the service that this hotel had especially after reading some of the reviews. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!! Thanks

Convenient Location and That's About It

I chose the hotel primarily because of the location. I didn't really have high expectations based on the price point, but I wish I had chosen another hotel. Any hotel can be older or outdated but still be quite nice; that wasn't the case here. Upon walking into the lobby, I was immediately hit by the smell of smoke (and yeah, it wasn't from cigarettes) and it was even worse upon entering my room. It was 20 degrees outside yet I kept the window open to try and air out some of the smell. I found it quite odd that friends on the hotel staff just hangout in the lobby. Every time I walked in or out there were at least 3-4 people hanging out in the lobby. Attempting to speak to the staff was met with eyerolls and rude gestures for interrupting their conversations. I would venture to guess that the cleaning staff only spends a couple minutes actually "cleaning" the room. The carpet had food and other debris that looked as though it had been there awhile. There was a clump of hair clogging the shower drain. Not that I spend a lot of time watching TV when traveling but there was something wrong with the display and all of the channels were fuzzy. I could go on and on but you get the idea. This is easily the worst hotel I've ever spent time in and will never use an Extended Stay again.

not good

That hotel was terrible service was not good not enough towels that heater was not working and it was a 30° outside in the room felt like literally 25° I am not happy with the service. Would love some kind of refound I woke up with lots of red spots of my legs I have pictures of it and I may have to go to the doctor because I guess I’m allergic to some of Your detergent for blankets /sheets z

Disappointed

The facility from the lobby down to the room was very disappointing. No ice machine or plastic cups we were told its ice trays in the freezer and given 2 plastic cups. Ice trays in freezer were turned down so we had no ice. We couldn't be sure if the cups were clean so we did not use them. Visible damage to walls which were actually separating. The hood over the stove was short of falling off. The refrigerator and stove were dirty. Beer cans were all along the stair way. I have stayed at Hotel’s for this brand before and this by far was the worst. .As a Travel Agent it is my job to book and recommend hotels to clients so this location will definitely be on my don't list.

Cons: No pets
I didn't know that pets were allowed, I wish pet lovers and their pets were in a separate area of the hotel.

Terrible hotel avoid

This was the most poorly managed hotel I've ever been. No way should the be under the brand name they are under.
