Worst expirence

This was the worst hotel stay of my life n for my kids i was first put in 1 hitel room and notice it had bug smear marks on the side of the bed and red spects on the sheets i was transferred to another room where the bathroom was disgusting the window seal had dead ants and even bigger bugs there were dead ants in the refrigerator the third room is were i got bit up bye bed bugs im on medication because of these this now a health scare in my home and children.

Convenient to shopping center and restaurants

Excellent customer relations from Manager to front desk staff. I was first in a room that wreaked with smoke I literally was choking. Manager Lisa was very professional and quickly moved me to a smoke free room. It made up for average comfort which was fine for my need.

Fix things

This hotel wouldn't be so bad if they fix things in the room. Heat would shut off or stay on to long then the room gets super hot. Hotel staff didn't show that they cared not one bit and maintenance didn't know what he was doing.

Close to Dupage medical facility as well as many restaurants . Also reasonably priced.

I brought ingredients for breakfast but could find absolutely no dishes or pans. Read after I got home that I had to ask for these. A note in the kitchcen would have been helpful.

Elevator not working

It was weird no one came to clean the room we stayed all weekend we was out most of the day Saturday came back and the room was not clean the garage was full in kitchen and bathroom we had no clean towels no one came to the room and then on check out Day me my husband and three kids and lots of luggage and bags as we waddle to the elevator we see a sign that says elevator is out of order !!!! We had to walk down four flights of stairs I was not happy at all and I might not come back to this hotel

not as good as other locals

the room was clean enough, but the hallways were dirty and the parking lot was disgusting. garbage thrown out in multiple spots, even dirty clothes and a sock. my bf was gagging at how gross it was.
