Let me start by saying I searched a LOT of hotels on Gili Meno before deciding to go with Seri. On the surface, this hotel appears nice at first. Then as soon as you look a little closer, you notice a lot of things that need attention. The white curtains in the room were ripped and stained. The white sheets in the room were also stained. Because the curtains are white, they let in a lot of light causing us to be woken each morning very early during our stay. We were only there for two days and in that time, the shower suddenly turned off twice in the middle of the shower. We had to call the reception and they came to fix it but it took some time and it was quite aggravating. The WiFi was very spotty and there are different networks for different areas in the hotel causing some inconvenience for signing in over and over. The beach is all crushed coral and very painful to walk on so water shoes are a must. The sliding door to the bathroom area was off the track and did not close easily. The staff was nice enough but did not do anything above or beyond (we had just come from a hotel in Ubud that could not have been nicer or more accommodating). They did not ask us how our stay was upon checkout nor did they apologize for any of the issues we had. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay here and I would not recommend this hotel.
