Very average accomodation. Not worth the price!

Pros: Close to restaurants and shops
Cons: Staff. Breakfast. Rooms.
Location: Close to restaurants
Huts are tiny and uncomfortable, air con units don't work. Breakfast is served without cold water or cold milk in a restaurant without air con. When we arrived we were told the room we had booked was overbooked and unavailable so they tried to move us to another resort then tried to put us in a room next to a construction site. The staff were unwilling to help and were often rude. They attempted to charge us $25 a day for bikes which were included in our room.. The other resorts like the pearl (next door) are much nicer and staff seemed a lot friendlier when we went to visit friends staying there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.

Me and my wife had a wonderful experience here. There is some renovation going on but it didn't bother us. Our romantic dinner was great with a personal butler and it wasn't even hindered by rain. Will definitely come again .

Cons: ホテルの従業員教育。
バンガロータイプの部屋だったのですが、寝室が二階でシャワーとトイレが一階という造りでした。梯子で一階へ降りる必要があり、かなり不便でした。 到着した初日にバスタオルがないため、ホテルのフロントに何度も電話で問合せましたが、全く持って来ず。。。 仕方がないので、フロントに直接言って問合せたところ、すでに部屋に置いた、行き違いで置いたという回答。 しかしながら、夕食後に部屋に戻ってみたところ、バスタオルは置いてない。。。 ホテルのサービスはかなり最低だと思います。従業員教育がなっていないですね。

Great beach front location

Pros: Beach front location
Cons: Sun beds by pool broken or didn't have cushions. Misleading showing photos of sister hotel. Cinema should be free or one free ticket per stay.
Location: We did a snorkelling trip with the hotel, we had our own boat for four hours although ended up being longer, and were taken too all best snorkel sites
Hotel overall very nice, just couple areas could do with updating such as the sun beds round the pool. Beach area is amazing though. Things to be aware of some of the photos are of the sister hotel ombak sunset which you can use but is the otherside of the island. Also you have to pay for the beach cinema which seemed abit cheeky to me.

Good location Great pool/jacuzzi area, which was fairly busy. Buffet breakfast was nice, everything you would need. Got upgraded on arrival but room was average and smell was still of previous occupants smoke. Overall, lovely place which is only going to get better with renovations! Go there!

Service in general not as expected.

A friend recomended me this hotel since he had a great experience a few years back. It seems that was when the hotel had only 36 rooms/huts. Now the hotel has 200 rooms and I found this was probably the main reason why I found the staff service in general to be very disapointing. Rooms also were not cleaned thoroughly enough. Not what we were told or had expected. Its a general indication to where tourism services and acomodations in general are heading in a very bad direction for Gili islands as a whole. Its a pity since the place is simply amazing but uncontroled tourism infarestructure will finaly deteriorate its marvel.

Beautiful gardens and villa

Disappointed to see renovations were underway which I didn't know about prior to arrival. Contrary to the myth that all Aussie's are rich, I work very long hours and support myself (no husband pays my way) to pay for holidays so I expressed this disappointment. I did have to be firm to be compensated for the reno disruption and received a discount. Villa is beautiful, gardens lovely. Had an aloe vera wrap and bath at spa which was amazing. Front of property is too busy and noisy with the jetty - this is main downfall.
