Nice hotel close to Victoria Coach Station

Posted Mar 12, 2017
Location: 5 minute walk to Victoria Coach Station, 10 minute walk to Victoria underground and train station. Some pubs and restaurants nearby. Quiet zone.
Check-in was ok, nice staff! Accommodations were ok, but very small. Breakfast ok, simple.

closet size room, painfully slow internet.

Posted Mar 5, 2017
Pros: breakfast, friendly staff
Cons: not sure of the problems are curable.
Location: good clean neighborhood, very walkable.
This place was difficult to function in. My arms would hit the walls when trying to get dressed. I had to squeeze myself into the bathroom to shower. There is no place to set my luggage and leave it open, I had to open my suitcase on my bed to get dressed then zip it back up and put it away when done. The bed was twin size or smaller but comfortable enough once tucked in. breakfast was adequate to start the day. This was on the less expensive side of the spectrum so I was not expecting much. If you value your space, spring for a hotel that has larger rooms. Internet is not adequate to get any real work done.

Location is great, nothing else is.

Posted Feb 16, 2017
The only good thing about this hotel is that it is walking distance to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria underground station. All night I heard this tapping on the walls and around my bed. Also if they put you in the basement the phone reception is terrible. Breakfast is limited to cereal, bread, hot drinks, and fruit.

Good experience for the price

Posted Jan 24, 2017
Pros: I feel I got a good value for the money I paid.
Location: The hotel is located within 10 min walk from Victoria station, in a lovely and safe neighborhood with a lot of restaurants and cafes near by.
This is my fifth time in London, so I'm a little bit familiar with London hotels and the prices, and although I can't post the price I paid for the room, I feel I got a very good value for the money I paid. The staff was very helpful, I needed to do laundry and I received it the next day for a very fair price (and not per item like in many hotels), also I requested an extra blanket and received it promptly. The breakfast was included in the price and it had enough variety. The hotel room was a little bit small, but there's nothing to do - this is how it goes with room sizes in London, on the other hand the shower was new and incredible. The hotel is located within 10 min walk from Victoria station, in a lovely and safe neighborhood with a lot of restaurants and cafes near by. If one likes to walk - the Buckingham palace, the Parliament, and the Westminster Abbey are within 25-30 min walking distance.

Great location and extremely helpful staff!

Posted Jan 2, 2017
Stayed here for my first time in London over Christmas. There was a lot to do within walking distance around the hotel, and the staff was extremely helpful when I had questions about where to go for dinner. The room was on the smaller side but it was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Breakfast was amazing, and very well priced. Will be staying here again during my next trip to London!

Very close to Victoria, great location

Posted Dec 20, 2016
The room was as expected. It was a bit on the small side and we did request a double but got twins instead. Unfortunately the hotel experience was dampened by the rude and unhappy staff at the front desk on check in. Those who clearly dislike providing happy customer service to welcome people, should not really be the first thing you see at places such as an hotel. I can only say that the man behind the desk at check out was SO friendly and happy, it equalled the two experiences out!

Great location, spotless clean, good hospitality

Posted Dec 16, 2016
Pros: Very clean and comfortable
Cons: No elevator
Location: Near Victoria station
3 nights, room on the third floor. Hotel near Victoria station, very clean and comfortable. Modern shower and bathroom, excellent bed, The only issue is, there is no elevator. Except for that, highly recommended.

Convenient budget hotel

Posted Dec 11, 2016 on Hotels
Staff were very welcoming and gave a lot of info on arrival and checked on how stay was when checking out. Room was as described and bed comfy (single room). Ensuite was small but the shower was fantastic. Great for one night just to lay your head when out and about in London. Good location as close to Victoria coach and rail stations. Self serve continental breakfast was perfect set up for day around the city.
