Close to Euston and King's Cross St. PancrasPosted Feb 5, 2016
Pros: Location, Housekeeping, Kettle, Wi-Fi
Cons: Staff information, More Biscuits ;)
Location: Euston Station, King's Cross St Pancras Station, Russell Square
The hotel is close to two major stations, whether overground or underground. It's close to the eateries near there, and the post office isn't that far. If you were to use the public transportation, it's very handy but if you're walking into London Central, it's a hike! The hotel's curb appeal was very impressive. The lobby was alright. But then the parts that matter left a bit lacking. The one elevator was an "okay" speed, the halls were small, and the rooms were really tight. There wasn't that much storage room for clothes and such. I was able to sleep on the bed, but barely. The WI-FI was decent, and the room was clean. I give the biggest satisfaction for the housekeeping, as they kept up with my requests I left in the room. The biggest thing I didn't like about it was the flaming hot towel rack -- I love it that it keeps the towels warm, hate it that it's nearly scalding when you accidentally brush it when you're on the loo. Another would be that there's absolutely no separation between the shower and the tile in front of the loo, so water does get everywhere because of the (impressively strong) water pressure of the shower. The staff was alright up until the end. I had asked the receptionist if the post office was opened and she had said yes, so I left my luggage at the front desk so I can mail some postcards only to see that it was closed. It's not that it's her fault that it was closed, but she shouldn't've confirmed that it was open if it was an unknown.

Well-located and friendly hotelPosted Jan 26, 2016
Pros: The location was great - walking distance from exhibitions, shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful
Cons: Some traffic noise was audible - we were on the second floor - but not enough to be a problem.
Location: The British Museum is a short walk away - about 10-15 minutes stroll - and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate area.
The hotel was well situated for our planned visits to the British Museum and the British Library and was close enough to walk to from King's Cross. We were staying for two nights so the fact that there was minimal storage space was not important to us. We didn't eat in the hotel - we hardly stopped moving round London for the two days we were there!

Good locationPosted Jan 25, 2016
Pros: Its location is ace - remarkably quiet (except for AC unit see above) given proximity to Euston road.
Cons: See above - think about putting a decent shelf in the bathroom and maybe a small table in the room
Location: You can walk easily to Convent garden, Drury Lane, and British Museum is very close. Little shops and cafes on Marchmont St (5 mins) worth a look
The rooms are tiny (even by London standards) and there is absolutely no where to put anything - so travel light. Avoid the rooms near the MASSIVE air conditioning unit. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is over priced - there are plenty of good alternatives if you're willing to walk for 5 minutes (see Marchmont street for non chain) or into the new square near Russell Sq tube (for carluccios etc)

Good hotel, close to St PancrasPosted Jan 14, 2016
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was more spacious than we expected. It's situated close to St Pancras, but off main road, so quiet.
Cons: Not the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on
Location: We were there for easy access to early morning Eurostar. Absolutely ideal for that. Also close to tube stations for eating out and drinks.
Easy and welcoming check-in, clean and comfortable room. Good bathroom.

โรงแรมกระทัดรัด สะดวกสบาย และใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้าPosted Jan 8, 2016
