We had a wonderful stay at Apex City of London! Jake provided excellent Service and was always warm and friendly. Excellent communication and helpful staff. Nicely located to the Tube & restaurants. One improvement might be to add simple hooks inside the rooms.

I had such a lovely stay until the end… while I was in a rush leaving I accidentally left a pair of expensive pants and a top behind. I called the hotel that night upon realizing, however the maids apparently “made no note” of any belongings left behind. I reached out to the hotel a few more times over the course of a few days but nothing was found. It’s unfortunate that after such a lovely stay, the maids either stole my stuff or threw it out. Overall a great stay, just beware not to mistakenly leave anything behind as I did or you will not see it again.

The hotel was pleasant and clean but the rooms are not very sound proofed, so it was quite noisy when people were in the corridors.
