Very clean and well appointed property, reasonable sized rooms, and attentive staff. Self-catering, so don't expect full hotel service. There will be people who are put off by the area. I know the East End so I wasn't, and I appreciate the easy connections to the City and elsewhere. I you want to stay in a glamorous part of London, this isn't for you, but as a convenient and pleasant place to stay at a reasonable price, this fits the bill.

The room and facilities in the room were great, clean and in great condition. Not far from Shoreditch and Central London by bus or car. The area is abit run down compared to other surrounding areas but as the property is a great and close to other good areas I wouldnt let that deter you.

A little overpriced for the neighbourhood
A little far from the tube station (different from my expectation) and the neighbourhood is not quite what i expected. The photo looks better than the actual environment.

Clean apartment with attentive staff.
AC was not working well on our first day, bu the desk manager immediately gave us a standing fan for ventilation. The very next day, the AC was fixed by the technical crew, so kudos for the swift action. The room is spacious and clean, with a simple kitchen, chairs and table. The bed has clean sheets and it feels great. TV was working, and toilet is good. No toothbrush given, but we had our own. Short walk from subway station, with Tesco Express nearby for necessities shopping.

Location was good and so was overall condition of the room. Room was clean on arrival, though service was only provided once during our 10 days stay and charges were associated with additional towels for example. Communication was not good. Nobody was available upon our check-in and instead of owning mistake, we were accused of not having rang the door bell (2 other clients were also trying to get in at that time). They are not forthcoming with information and you only find out details upon asking. They do not answer phone and want to communicate solely by WhatsAp During part of our stay (maybe 3 days), other clients must have been smoking in their room and the smell of smoke in the room we rented was overpowering.
