I felt very bad. The night receptionist did not want to check me in. He was playing jokes on me. I hate that. Mouse traps in every room. Showers are too small. Common room closes at 10. Then the security kicks you out. Unless you have your own room of you have an en suite toilet you feel very bad. But the private rooms are very expensive. It is a very insecure environment. Things get stolen quite often. Many of their CCTV cameras are not working. You need to pay for the internet which is crazy. Even the luggage room, which is supposed to be safe, is unsafe, because everyone has access to it. If something gets stolen, they cant be bothered to search it on their database. I think those cameras are only installed for in case someone steals or damages their property. In this place there are many builders and homeless who live inside due to this cheap price which is ridiculous for that location(Earl's Court is one of the most expensive areas in London). So that is why everyone can afford to live in it. They need cash deposits for every items you borrow.
