When crossing Canada this motel is near main intersection going to or from Michigan via Detroit or Port Huron

Great hotel close to the city but with a country atmosphere. We have stayed here several times and are very happy with the hotel. The staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. The hotel is well appointed and clean and the Restaurant attached to the hotel is very good as well. We would not hesitate to recommend it.

Ok hotel if you're just in and out

I am not familiar with London and booked this hotel last minute. I was disappointed with the musty smell in the room which was located on the first floor. The front desk clerk tried to be accomodating and moved us to another room a couple of doors down, however, I believe the entire floor smelled like an old damp basement. Clerk said it was a moisture issue. we had driven 10 hours and could not be bothered to have to move again.

a great stay for a group trip

Pros: comfortable. The staffs was very nice.
Cons: Toilet
Location: We went to Point Pelee National Park
We had a 7 families' group trip over the labor day long weekend. We booked 7 rooms and all of us enjoyed the stay. The restaurant in the hotel did us a great favor to manage make a 22 people had a dinner together (we forgot reserving the tables and the hotel was full full that night). We really appreciated their help. The bed was comfortable and the hotel room was quiet. I had a great rest there. The only minor issue was the toilet was kind of old style and had a little difficult to flush. I had to flush twice each time. Other than that, everything was very good.

Hotel was clean, beds were really worn

Really clean hotel, but the beds were worn. Very much in need of new mattresses.

Visiting family/ business trip

We were disappointed that a hotel of this nature would have such a musty smell ! ( only in our room) We stayed here a few years ago and thought it was a wonderful place to stay! If they would've given us a different room all would have been fine but they didn't offer. Besides this issue I would give this hotel a 5 star rating!

Nice hotel

Pros: Proximity to highway, breakfast included in the reservation.
Cons: As stated int he review, just a few minor items. Bathroom fan very loud in room 102, and the room smelled musty.
Location: Close to Highway 401 in London.
Good, clean hotel, just off of highway 401. Our room (102) was very clean and close to the main entrance, but we didn't hear any noise from it. There were no bed bugs (we check every hotel room that we go to). We didn't use any of the hotel facilities other than the WiFi, and the free breakfast which came with our reservation. Breakfast was adequate (it's buffet style, nothing cooked to order). The only bad things were that the room smelled a little when we checked in, and the bathroom fan made a loud sound so we didn't use it. I mentioned these on checkout, I presume that the hotel is following up on these 2 items. I give it a 4 out of 5.

Staff were great. Bed was comfortable. Close to our business obligations for the weekend. However...room smelled musty and the bathroom was simply too small. Breakfast should not be stopped at 930am.
