Great location. Great service.Posted Oct 28, 2015
Rooms are a good size, very clean and employees were excellent. Breakfast was included with our room. Breakfast employees were a complete joy, very attentive and food was very good. Hotel is very close to excellent restaurants, a food co-op, bus lines and the underground( which is a direct line to Heathrow.

Tiny hotel in London TownPosted Oct 19, 2015
Disfunctional layout and bathroom set up. Cramped room and bathroom, Noisy hallways, squeeky floors, hard banging doors. This hotel is over rated on Expedia. This hotel is not up to the Best Western standards.

First night terriblePosted Oct 18, 2015
We booked room over 3 months in advance. When we arrived we were given key to LG room which meant basement. We did not request a discounted room and they did not comment on it being substandard in any way. Room was in corner of basement, smelled and felt damp like a basement with no dresser and barely room to turn around. We called right away and were shown a larger room, still in the basement. That was all they could give us. We had a miserable night in a room that was hot, there was no opening window and no AC. There was a pervasive humming noise all night. No view whatsoever. Drapes covered sealed narrow French doors with view of concrete window well filled with dead leaves. The next night we were moved to a small but lovely, light, airy room on third floor. that said, the breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient and the food good. Hotel in nice neighborhood close to tube. They should not rent basement rooms in our opinion unless they want to offer them at half price and customer knows what they're getting! Second night room would have rated 4/5!

Noisy rooms@Best Western the BoltonsPosted Oct 5, 2015
Pros: Location is ideal. Close to Earls Court metro and on walking distance to Royal Albert Hall, Musea, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and many restaurant
Cons: Make sure the hotel staff of Best Western is properly trained. This is no 4 star quality.
Hotel rooms are very noisy, hardly isolated and warm We were unlucky to have a room at the street side where they were doing reconstructions as of 7 am, even on Saturday. In addition quarreling neighbours who were screening and slamming doors at 3 am. Airco is noisy even when switched off. Changing rooms was not possible so three nights with hardly any sleep

Pros: The proximity to the railway station was the best.
The hotel was close the station and was within walking distance of lots of restaurants and pubs.
