Stayed here for my partners birthday. Great location. River facing room, disappointed to find no copper bath tub in the room given the price. Cute decor, lovely view. A few suspect black curly hairs on our bed when we arrived and the milk was off. Staff were pleasant but not as attentive as one might expect. Overall, pleasant.

Perfect, from the kitchen to the room.
As they used to say, it is worth a detour. Everything is very good, even the prices. The decoration is superb but not imposing. The staff are attentive and discreet. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, easily accessible but they bore very stupid names (oh, what a bad idea!). The dining places is really good looking and the food is simple, classic and so, so, so well done. Please taste the secret house bread. Please.

This hotel is in a beautiful location on banks of the Thames , from moment we walked in the staff were very friendly and helpful . The decor and general feel of the hotel was very classy , room was great and the bar and dining area were lovely, we had a very nice breakfast sat next to the balcony overlooking the beautiful garden area and the river 👍 I would definitely stay here again and can recommend this hotel to anyone .

A short break!

Wonderful hotel..Close to everything.
We love this hotel.. It’s by far the nicest place in Richmond. Get a room overlooking the Thames. And the breakfasts are sensational. This is our 4th stay.

Bingham is lovely
Wonderful small hotel with views of the river Thames, easy walk to Richmond pubs and restaurants and the train. Easy drive to kew gardens. My favorite was the gigantic copper bathtub!

Good hotel close to Richmond centre
Good hotel close to Richmond centre. Only downside was there was no UHT milk in the room and didn't want to have to go down to reception to get any in morning in pyjamas so just had black tea. I'm sure the staff would have brought some up but don't like to bother them.

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired...
No parking to pull up a taxi. No lift and the staff ask would you like "assistance" up 4 flights of stairs with your case! When we rang down for assistance with the heating during a very cold night of one degree, we were told " sure you're only staying one night, you'll be leaving tomorrow!" This cost £250 plus £32 for two breakfasts. I would have to say..... Management need to spend some time in other hotels similar and see how they should get their act together. I'd prefer to describe his "hotel" as a b&b.

I was very impressed with the quality of the hotel and the room, and felt it was pretty good value. It had black out blinds and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had (and why I dropped it by one star rating) was with the wifi. I needed to do work in the evening but could not get a strong enough wifi signal in my room or my colleague's ('William' and 'Charon' on the top floor of the hotel), even after the receptionist reset one of the routers. So I had to sit in the bar area to use the wifi, which itself is a lovely room and luckily wasn't busy that evening but a little inconvenient.

A hotel with style and character in Richmond
I stayed one night and did not eat at the hotel. My room was a single "Queen" room. It was very well equipped, but a) It was at the front of the hotel facing the road which made it rather noisy. b) Although a reasonable size, it was over-furnished making for a rather cramped feel.

Great stay
I arrived very late but was warmly welcomed. They had put the radio on in my room and I felt at home right away which is difficult when staying away for work. Really nice rooms and staff were really helpful with my morning run route. Great, great service levels.

Beautiful hotel
I stayed here with my partner for 3 nights. Our room which was called "WILLIAM" was very nice, with an amazing view over the river. The rooms were small but cosy, and I would say big enough. The bed was very comfortable, but a little squeaky sometimes. I think the mini bar is very much over priced, so I didnt take anything, and just bought some bits from a near by shop. One of the days we were there it was raining quite alot, and I had forgotten my umbrella. I asked reception if they had an umbrella I could use, but she said they don't have them. I think being a boutique hotel they should have umbrellas to lend out to guests and take there room name down so they know who they have lent them out to incase they need to charge them if they dont get them back. The hotel is very beautiful, especially the garden, and the staff were very helpful. I think the breakfast is very expensive, which is why we ate out for breakfast, and there are plenty of places to eat for breakfast and many fantastic restaurants in Richmond for dinner. I think rooms are a little over priced, but alot cheaper on sundays. All round though I would say it is a very nice hotel and will definately stay again!

We loved everything about the hotel - staff, our room, location. We only had breakfast at the hotel but it was excellent.
