As you walk in to the living room from the hallway you are struck by the opulent setting, open plan living, kitchen breakfast bar and dining for 6. Across the room you have 2 sofa's and and an arm chair to relax into after a family lunch or evening meal. Plenty of space. The kitchen is fully kitted out out and functional, with all the amenities you would expect from a high end conversion like this. Brand new fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Open the doors to the terrace and you have a 2 tiered terrace, one higher up for the early morning light and one a lower ground floor level that is perfect for hosting family meals around and enjoying the days sunshine. You can access two of the bedrooms downstairs from this terrace. Groundfloor level you have a single toilet off hallway. Lower Ground Floor Level Down the stairs from hallway you have 3 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite and 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

The master bedroom has built in cupboard space and access to garden, with stunning ensuite bathroom...

The 2nd bedroom also has access to garden, and is equally spacious.

The 3rd Bedroom has access to the vaults, with ample space also. The property is no more than 8 minutes away from Euston, Kings Cross St Pancreas and Mornington Crescent Underground Stations therefore getting around is no problem.

Perfect for COVID quarantine
We came to London from Canada, so we had to quarantine for 14 days- this property was exactly like the pictures shown- 3 bathrooms, modern kitchen, big screen tv....Jo and Thea answered all of our emails in a very timely fashion. Only downside was the creepy, grungy washer/dryer area

London business & pleasure.
145 Chalton is a spacious & comfortable home. We traveled 5 adults plenty of room. The patio at the property would be grand in the spring & summer. Easy to the tube or bus. Walking distance to Camden Town Market & locks. There is a slight musty smell ONLY in the stairwell, I’d recommend & stay again.

Nicely decorated flat that accommodated 3 adults and 2 teenagers.
Stayed for 7 nights. The bedrooms were very nice ...comfortable beds and linens. The bathrooms had modern shower and bathtub. Located close to underground for our trips around the city. Small grocery shops to pick up small items. We enjoyed our stay.

Great flat, great location, a few flags
Great two level flat. Large common area on main floor. Living room, dining room and kitchen. Cool features like filtered water dispenser, wine fridge? Nespresso machine with lots of nespressos. Also a powder room. All well equipped and stylish. Large floor to ceiling windows across the back. V airy and spacious Lower level has three bedrooms Laundry and two bathrooms. All very nicely appointed. Two bedrooms have huge floor to ceiling doors/windows which again give a large airy feel Really nice to be welcomed by beer wine and water and milk in fridge. V sweet Located within walking distance to three tube stations. One is five minutes away the others about 10. Very convenient It’s a great location and a great set up. There were six of us. Daughter and husband and teenage daughter and girlfriend Was a great space to stay and sleep but also to interact and bond in. Was great There were a few issues that I would flag that could be easily addressed that would take this to a five star. Some could be addressed by a handyman spending an hour or two: Faucets in kitchen wiggle Wine fridge doesn’t work. Light goes on Cooling doesn’t Powder room bathroom light abruptly goes off too quickly and your stuck sitting there in the dark Carpets going down stairs could use a clean. Bring flip flops Master bedroom heating is a bit screwy as is the heated floor. So hot u couldn’t step on the floor. Eventually they were anle to address this Thea, Jo. Very very very responsive. Really made the difference This is a well run org that manages this place and likely others One final issue Is ants. A few at first more as time went on. Again the staff were highly responsive but you need someone who can figure that one out more permanently All in all a great place. We encountered one major issue which they were very responsive to including the owner though they need a more permanent solution for
