Excellent location..that's all

Posted Feb 6, 2016
The strongest point is it's like being mid-town Manhattan. Otherwise, this grand OLD facility makes you feel like you just entered a "Rat Pack" movie from the 60's. She was a beautiful place, it's obvious, but the best days are behind her. Staff is excellent, they work hard to keep her shiny and clean, but in the US this would be a 2 Star. Everything you expect from a modern facility is available,,,it's just 50 years old. With that said, there is a pedestrian walkway over the river and 2 minutes later you are smack dab in the center of London's financial district. There is a multi-level mall across the walkway with a nice multi-restaurant food court, and a half block away is a 5 Star steak house, The buffet breakfast is OK, it's not something that you would brag about, but it is not disappointing. With all that said, it is charming with a great staff, it is a great location, it is cheap compared to hotels a block away. If you are a Marriott or Hilton type traveler don't even consider it.

An 80's Retreat Hotel

Posted Feb 3, 2016
Pros: The breakfast is good value and has a wide variety of products to choose from. The curry house has a good chef.
Cons: Update the hotel from the 80's to the 21st Century. Update the chairs in the breakfast room, all of them need attention, very worn out.
Location: Location is great for Canary Wharf meetings. A 10 minute walk from tube over a foot bridge.
A hotel with aged, worn out decor. Outdated mattress , the springs are very can be felt even with an extra blanet under the sheet. The climate control resets after any adjustments in the room. This hotel requires a financial injection face lift. The staff were okay and efficient at their jobs.

Dichtbij winkelcentrum Canary Wharf.

Posted Jan 25, 2016
Pros: Vriendelijk personeel

Posted Jan 13, 2016

God location but bad room standard.

Posted Jan 9, 2016
The rooms has no minibar or mini fridge. The worst thing, the rooms has no safe deposit box. The reason for choosing this hotel was the location, however the bad standard and lack of important things in the room makes me not want to recommend this hotel. The chef, Mr. Abdulaziz, at the breakfast cantina was really nice.

Buon albergo sotto tutti punti di vista

Posted Jan 7, 2016
Pros: La posizione
Location: Metro e treno vicino, shopping malls e ristoranti all'interno del hotel
Ottimo albergo a pochi passi dalla stazione treni e metropolitana. Zona silenziosa ed elegante. Possibilità di mangiare nel ristorante pagando moderatamente. Noi siamo stati qui bene.
