Nice hotel close to tube stationPosted Aug 23, 2015
The hotel rooms have been remodeled and are very comfortable and appealing. Breakfast (included) is amazing and a definite plus. There is a coffee/tea station in the room, as well as a mini-bar. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the shower water pressure is atrocious, it dribbles.

Mysigt, personligt hotel. God frukost och bra lägePosted Jun 21, 2015 on Hotels
Fantastiskt bra och mysigt hotell. Äldre hus. Personlig och vänlig service alltid. Lagad jättegod frukost inkluderat i priset.

Lovely rooms, shame about the service & foodPosted May 22, 2015 on Hotels
Rooms were lovely, comfortable beds, well appointed, unfortunately there was no water at all for our first night. The service & food were pretty bad, we waited over an hour for food only for it to arrive burnt or raw & have to go back. Hotel charged twice for various things, total shambles, I still have no idea what I paid for & what I haven't. Shame as this is apparently usually lovely.

Excellent hotelPosted Nov 15, 2014 on Hotels
I stayed at this hotel for a conference at the nearby Novotel Hammersmith. The hotel itself is conveniently located at the corner of Brook Green on the Shepherds Bush Road. It is approximately 15 mins walk from the tube and the Westfield shopping centre. The hotel itself is a pub and bar downstairs which is convenient for food and drink and also for the included breakfast which was excellent by the way. Access to the rooms is through the bar area during opening hours and through a rear door and gate outside of these times. Everything is key carded so very safe and secure. The room itself was modern in decor. A good bed, nicely appointed bathroom with a large shower and all the usual amenities such as tea and coffee, ironing set, safe, satellite tv, minibar, aircon etc. In summary the room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very enjoyable to stay in. Overall the hotel was excellent and i would recommend it. The only negatives were that the road outside was very busy at all hours but this is central London so that is unavoidable. The other issue is the actual area itself. It is quite rundown in the shepherds bush area with people eating out of the bins etc in the side roads so i would not recommend a late night stroll alone. However if you have been to London or are from the area it wont shock you and will not detract from your stay.
