2 day return business trip to London. Great value on hotels.com. Service and hotel is always spot on. Had been staying at Browns and paying a higher rate. Happy to be back at the Bulgari.

Towels are old not rated as a Bvlguri hotel ! Bathroom floor was sticky when we checked in Not as expected from such brand Over priced, only for the name not at all for the facilities

Amazing customer service

Pros: Customer service.
Cons: Room interior design.
Location: Prime Knightsbridge shopping with Zuma, an amazing Asian restaurant, just behind the hotel.
Most 5 star hotels have good customer service, the Bulgari exceeds expectations in this regard. You are greeted by name and attention to detail is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, and attractive, but a little bland. However, the spa and pool are beautiful.
