Room for improvement
Broken items on arrival. In need of repair in certain areas. Dusty/dirty bath panel which was reported but not cleaned over the two night stay Spacious rooms and very close to the RCJ It will be up to 2 weeks before the £400 deposit is returned

Would not stay here again
Let me start with the good… the apartment was clean, in a great location and easily accessible to the Underground and nearby bus stops. Now for the not so good….we had major issues with the WIFI. The internet was extremely slow and as a result we weren’t able to work in the evenings as planned. This was reported several times and we were told it was fixed however it never worked properly during our stay. This is not ideal for someone traveling for business. To access the building you have to walk through a small courtyard/alley which didn’t always have functioning outside lights (or they weren't turned on early enough). One night I came back with my 2 young daughters and one of them had to hold the flashlight on my phone so that I could even see the door to insert the key. This was not a safe situation and I would not have felt comfortable doing that night after night alone. Lastly, we were not able to shower for the last 4 days of our trip. The handle on the shower broke and we couldn’t access the cold water. There wasn’t a plug in the bathtub so a bath wasn’t an option either. We reported this problem immediately and the property did try to fix the problem however when we left 4 days later, it still didn’t work. We requested a partial refund due to our many issues and were denied by the property. As a result we will not be booking with this company again. Hotels.com however was very helpful and addressed our concerns as best they could.

Ok but not great
The flat was ok. In decent condition, but not as nice as the photos. I had the power go out in the middle of the night and it took 12 hours to get it back with minimal communication on updates. No back up toilet paper and other basics, I bought them myself. Light bulbs out in several spots. Fine enough flat, but far from perfect.
