Great except for the stairs

Pros: Location
Cons: More accurate description of one bedroom suites so aware may be unsuitable for older guests.
Location: Great restaurants, gourmet food, Albert Hall easy walking distance
Super location, near to lots of small shops restaurants. Only problem is nowhere in any of the descriptions did it indicate that all but one of the one bedroom suites in the building were on two levels with bed and bath up an extremely steep set of stairs. Loft type design also open to living room so sound carried easily.

Could Be Cleaner

Pros: The beds were very comfortable.
Cons: Cleanliness and attention to detail.
Location: The location is good. The tube is a short walk away as is the Natural Science Museum and the V and A.
The hotel had a great location and the beds were very comfortable. The room didn't feel entirely clean. For example, the bannister appeared dirty and there were loose hairs and some dirt on the floor. The first night I also took a wrong turn and passed through a stairwell with a window ledge covered in bugs and dust. We are returning to London in a few days and opted to try a different hotel. Not bad, but could use improvement.

Excellent location; beware of two stories

We were a group of two grandparents, two parents, and four children aged 7 - 12. The accommodations worked out very well, and the neighborhood was excellent. We had not realized that each of the two apartments was a duplex, with a stairway that had to be used if the folks downstairs needed to use the bathroom. It worked out well for us, but anyone having difficulty climbing stairs should be warned. We were advised by staff that the hotel website made this clear, but we had not recalled it from when we made the reservation.

Quiet comfort

Pros: Everything had been thought of down to tea towels in the kitchen.
Cons: N/a
Location: Great location, especially for RAH, which is excellent for late night proms. Also good for tube to anywhere, Knightsbridge and museums
A great place to stay, with everything you need. Extremely quiet, considering on a busy road. The kitchen is well equipped, everywhere immaculately clean.

Pros: Roomy studio apartment, with very comfortable bed, lots of closet space, useful kitchen facilities and nice, modern bathroom.
Cons: Bathroom could benefit from better lighting, but this is a small complaint, compared to all of the many pluses this property provides.
Location: Great location, just. Invites to a subway stop, with lots of food shores and restaurants within 1-2 blocks.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is fabulous, within easy walking distance of several museums and Kensington Gardens.

Comfortable, well maintained and run hotel

Very well mangaged and comfortable hotel in a great location. Reasonably priced for London, where tourists are usually ripped off.

Free coffee in lobby great savings, towels to thin and small, pillows foam and not very good asked for more.

Clean quiet family hotel. Cleaning every 6 days.

All in all a rather pleasant experience . But you need to pay extra for everything cleaning, towels, etc .Towels are thin and hard.

Nice big room, very comfortable, great location.

Pros: Cleanliness, modern feel, studio kitchenette with excellent facilities.
Cons: Nothing, everything was very good.
Location: Great for the Natural History Museum, V&A, Hyde Park, the Albert Hall, Kensington Gardens and shopping at High St. Kensington.
I was very impressed with the standard of the room and facilities. It was excellent value for money and well placed for South Kensington and High St. Kensington.

Poorly built and maintained

Location good, but poor build quality e.g. walls paper thin (conversations could be clearly heard from next door), sofa bed quality miserable, kitchen inventory sparce and very poorly maintained - all fittings loose and very poor paint work. Staff good and friendly - but they can only work with the tools they are given which this case were not great.
